Review 11：Have stayed here for over 20 years for the Beaulieu Caravan Show and this year the breakfast seemed to be not as good. Asked for our TV to be repaired as no picture only sound. Also the water pressure to the shower was lacking and could only get hot water to it.

Review 15：Old, tired rooms and noisy corridors, no air conditioning and room peaked at about 29 degreed during our stay. I would be ashamed to serve their breakfast portions to a small dog however please note these are not included in the booking.com rate and your going to get charged extra on arrival. They encourage direct deals as they are cheaper than booking.com which seems very unprofessional and they will do this from arrival to after you complain ! The most ridiculous thing is they plead ignorance to all of the above and treat it as if it has never been said despite the myriad of people leaving an identical review. 2 single beds strapped together is not a double and the bunk beds for our child had screws hanging out the ladder. Extremely over priced given the lack of attention to detail.

Review 30：My room was not cleaned properly it was very dusty, my room bin was not emptied for 3 days and my bathroom one for 2 days, the shower mat was mouldy underneath. The carpet could have done with a good hoover, all in all it was over priced and I will not stay at this hotel again unless they reduce their prices and sort out the housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights in total and this has been our 4th year visiting.

Review 49：Wedding took over on Saturday. Towels were not changed on Sunday (left in Bath). Very Expensive food (rip off). Got charged for breakfast £8 per head for a very small & badly cooked meal. The main breakfast was served before I had finished the cereal (very rushed) and they run out of Orange Juice (another Rip off). No help offered to carry our cases, although we did find a small sign later, that said Ring for assistance. Have been overcharged for 2 sets of breakfast and now await a refund., also why do they need to take £50 deposit off you at the start then not give it back without claiming? Very dissapointed with our visit and the hotel generally, will not be returning to a Best Western Hotel

Our bath panel had a massive crack in it and even though we complained nothing was done about it. Insufficient amount of towels etc in the room. At £340 for 2 nights it was well over-priced.
Review 60：The hotel is 5-7 min walk from Lyndhurst centre with pubs on the way. Easy access to New Forest & not too far from Southampton centre (taxi was £23 one way) Swimming pool (and sauna) was good, kept boy entertained and cooled us down on a hot summer's day.
