Review 1：Advertised as having a restaurant at time of booking only to be informed when arrived that it was closed until later in the month. The chalet was quite cold with no means of adjusting

The bedroom had an unpleasant smell, lacked furniture, and there was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door, although this was quickly removed when we mentioned it. The room was on the second floor and there was no lift. The girl in charge of the restaurant was neither welcoming nor polite. We were left unattended for the best part of half an hour after being given menus.
