Ferienhaus Panorama is 6.2 miles away from Innsbruck and 1.6 miles from Mutters, in the Mutterer Alm ski region, 2.4 miles from the cable car. Free private parking is available.
Each accommodation is traditionally furnished and features a balcony and a seating area. A satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator are provided as well. All apartments are additionally furnished with a kitchen or kitchenette.
The Panorama Ferienhaus has a terrace and a spacious garden with a children’s playground and a ping-pong table. A ski storage room is also on site.
The Stubaitalbahn tram takes guests to Mutterer Alm or to the Schlick 2000 Ski Area. The tram stop is a 2-minute walk away. In summer, you have free access to the public pool in Mutters and to the Natterer Lake.

Review 1：The house was lovely and room bigger than we thought. Everything we needed including a little kitchen and a lounge area. Lovely breakfast put on by the family. Beautiful spot 40mins outside Innsbruck. Would definitely go again.

Review 4：The apartment is great with everything you need. Stunning view and very quiet at night. It is located 30 min away from Innsbruck but can easily be reached by a local tram with runs every 30 min. The host is very friendly and helpful!

Review 7：What lovely people. We were very late arriving due to a traffic accident but Birgit was waiting for us when we arrived. - Thanks Birgit. The view from the room was awesome. and although a little out of Innsbruck, there is a train which stops nearly outside the door every 10 minutes or so. Breakfast was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome.

Review 9：There were no complaints with the location or apartment - perfect. Just bear in mind that the last tram gets to the apartment about 9pm so it is difficult if you wanted a late night in the city centre. For me though, it was not a problem. If you are looking for a night out later on and don't have transport then may be a problem.
Review 10：My partner and myself arrived quite late and we had no food etc... and had no car. The lady (Bridgette) was amazing. She brought wine, coffee etc.... and then even collected pizzas from a takeaway. She was really lovely and could not do enough for us. Breakfast is standard for Austria, cold meats, cheese, bread, yogurt etc... The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was also perfect, cosy, spacious, clean and with a balcony. The location is outstanding. There are various walks in the mountains and the apartment is right behind the tram station. We stayed 3 nights, we thought it was enough to do what we needed to do. The tram leaves every 30 minutes and takes about 40 minutes to Innsbruck city centre. We paid a week ticket which allowed to use the trams as wanted. A week ticket cost about 14 euros. Overall, if you want picturesque views and a relaxing time, walking in mountains, pop into the city centre then it's perfect. Also, from just outside the city centre to are able to get the cable car right to the top of the Alps - stunning. It is a must.

Nice location: up in a valley surrounded by nature, but also well connected to Innsbruck's city centre with a 40min tram ride (STB line).

Review 16：Lovely fam run apartments, great hosts and served a lovely breakfast in their own house across the road. Views are amazing and just a 10 min car drive to Innsbruck or take the tram (station just 2 min walk) really recommend the Ferienhause Panorama. I will certainly come back :))

I would also like to appologize for almost comming away without paying the bill ... so trustworthy we were at the eyes of the owners. Danke schon! Review 18：The accommodations were clean, comfortable and quiet with easy access to Innsbruck. Birgit was wonderful. We left our credit cards at the apartment and she mailed them to us overnight to our hotel in Italy. She was very friendly and so accommodating.
Review 19：The only issue I can make is with the towels, they are not exactly up to what you would expect. Very clean but if you want soft, bring your own.

Review 22：Very nice location in the lap of the nature and we got an appartment with a balcony from where we got a beautiful mountain view. Tram stop is just 2 min walk from the house. The host of the house was so nice , very helpful , she helped us with the tour plan also and even she helped us to get dinner as we were so late to reach there and almost all the shops were closed. Kitchen was full equiped. Breakfast arranged by them was really cozy.

Review 24：This hotel was on the side of the mountain which gave us a beautiful view from our balcony. Our room came with two rooms (3 twin beds in one room and a queen in the other), a kitchen furnished with all I needed for a meal, and a living room with a couch and dining table. The owner met us and showed us around and made us feel at home.

Review 28：Ferienhaus Panorama was perfect choice for a holiday. Room was very spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing. Hotel was also clean and quiet. Homemade breakfast with wide variety was delicious, not forgetting the hospitality of the personnel. Attractions were easy to reach, e.g. Muttereralm park nearby and Innsbruck by tram. Friendly personnel and intime hotel made our stay very pleasant and memorable. Thank you very much!
Review 29：Everything. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The balcony view was awesome. It is a little far from the city but I didn't mind that at all. There is a direct tram to the city. The main reason I booked the room was for the view and it worth every cent.

Review 35：Having read the reviews we absolutely agree with the high rating, Birget and her family were very friendly and helpful, the view from the balcony was amazing, the room was comfortable, very clean and warm and the tram service was excellent,with the small Ausserkrieth station a minute or so walk from the hotel, the tram ride to Innsbruck or the other way to Fulpmes were a real scenic treat. We certainly made a good decision to come to Hotel Ferrienhaus Panorama.
Review 36：The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also very big. We had a two bedroom apartment which worked great with kids. It was about a thirty minute train ride to Innsbruck, but the stop was just a couple of minutes away by foot. Breakfast was extra, but it was very reasonable and excellent. They catered to whatever you wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Since we were not renting a car, the location out of innsbruck was our only concern but we found that the tram leaves from the main train station and stops virtually outside the front door!!!! And dont worry you cannot here the tram from your room even if you are listening for it. Of we are lucky enough to visit innsbruck again this will definitely be our accommodation.

When we arrived, they realized that we would do better with the family room rather than the two rooms we had booked not knowing about the family room. They kindly switched us to the family room which was much better for us, and even saved us money! We got to meet their entire family and they were all so kind and appealing. Breakfast was wonderful. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!!

Review 100：We could not be more pleased with this accommodation and the friendliness of the staff. As an old family business they sure know good customer service. Although the decor is somewhat old, you need to look beyond it and you see that all the facilities, surfaces and furniture are very clean. The location is phenomenal due to the breathtaking scenery. The nearest small town, Mutters, with a grocery store, gas station etc. is located just 2-3 km away. The tramway runs just under the window but does not cause any disturbance what so ever. Also a small road runs very close to the house. No noise hazard but be cautious with children as cars drive by very fast. We will stay here again!
