Review 1：Everything was perfectly. Hosts are very kindly. The wonderful seaside is in 2 min walk downstairs. The supermarkets and market you will reach in 5-20 min walk. The room and kitchen are new und very good equippted. So ,we will return in beautiful Baska Voda and Brela. The holiday was the best.

Review 2：Everything was perfect except the weather. The host family was lovely,friendly and always helpful. Their little baby was cute :) Our room was modern, clean, bright and had a beautiful view to the sea with a balcony. They changed the towels if we needed. The commonly used kitchen had all we needed. All in all we had a perfect holiday. We plan to return once.

Review 3：Did like the hospitality of the owners, they spoke a very good english. Also liked the view from our room. It was very close to the beach, and to the local bakery. Shared kitchen was always clean.

Review 4：The room was really small and the shared kitchen was too far away. The internet was often interrupted. It would have been nice to have some kind of sun shade for the balcony since it faced south and was too hot during the day.

Review 5：The Ocean view was the best part of it and that it was very good located. It was close to the beach and restaurants and a few shops and parking was in a reasonable distance. We had our own little refrigerator in the cupboard.

Review 6：Great place with extremely helpful staff. They really made us feel like home. The hotel is located perfectly near the beach and restaurants. Can´t complain about anything.

Review 10：Excellent property situated down a few steps right on the beach, surrounded by restaurants and literally a five minute walk to the centre of baska voda... Room was very clean and modern with life saving air-conditioning.. The girls from reception were very helpful and friendly as was the lady who cleaned our room.. We would definitely stay at the villa gradina again.

Review 11：Nothing worth to say. If You go by bus and have lot of bags, take a Taxi to the busstop.

Review 12：The perfect view, nice and clean (like everywhere in Kroatia) Familiary, big balconies. Good position in Baska Voda. Good parking place, but it was a little bit away Villa Gradina. Free parking.

Review 13：There are quite a few stairs up to the villa so not suitable if you do not walk well. The internet did not work on the 2nd floor, but it did on the 1st floor so we camped in the corridor to get online. :-)

Review 14：We were contacted in advance with information about how to find the villa. When we arrived we also got really good help getting the car into the parking on the pier. Beautiful and stylish room, excellent view from the balcony and almost silent air con. Just a few steps to the beach.

Review 15：The only thing that might be a slight issue is that the air con is above the entrance as you come into the apartment which means that you have to have the bedroom doors open to feel it in the bedrooms. This was fine for us as we put our daughter to bed them went to sit on the balcony. It was 26-30 degrees when we were there and the air con was cool enough. I'm not really sure what else they would do as putting air con in every room is not really feasible. Like I said, not a real issue for us, but worth a mention.

Review 16：We are a family with one child of nearly 4 years old. We found the distance from the beach was perfect and a very short walk. Just behind from the row of buildings that are right on the beach means that it's that bit quieter when your on the balcony in the evenings. Great location. I wouldn't stay anywhere further from the beach though as the steps and all the buildings behind the beach are on quite a steep hill. Lovely sea views. Clean place. Good sized rooms - separate kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

Review 22：Villa gradina has a excellent location. Its almost directly situated at the beach. You only need to cross the road and you are there. Friendly owner, friendly staff and clean accommodation. Room was small and cosy with a great view over the sea. Can recommend this villa to everyone who wants to visit the beautiful makarska riviera. Unfortunately we were only there for a week but if we can im sure we will come back again. Small tip to everyone... there is an excellent restaurant very close to villa gradina and its called bracera. Very nice staff and tasty food. Very clean beach and beautiful sea with many fish. If you like diving I'm sure you wont be disappointed.

Review 23：No oven or microwave, just a stove, so hard to heat up food, but honestly so many restaurants/food stands that we decided to eat out every meal

Review 24：Everything! Perfect location, just a staircase away from the Main Street where there are tons of restaurants and shops. Right across the street (like 5 steps to cross) is a beautiful pebble beach. Lots of excursions and other fun things to do. ( parasailing, jet skiing, submarine, rental boats, boat trips to the islands, etc.)

Review 41：Awefull experience! Photos of room I have seen on booking.com are notphotos of the room we get. Also, I tried to pay with credit card bybooking but that did not happened. We stayed for two days and no onetold us anything about paying so we leaved the room but host called uslatter and told us that we have to come back to pay!?There is no TV in rooms as promised, only one AC but not in rooms. Beds are old and not comfortable. Owner of the house charged us with City tax but she never payed that, but we did. All in all staf is not so friendly and the price is way too high for the service and comfort that you get. Besides fair location of the house, everything else is poor.
