Reviews for Sivila Hotel All Inclusive
Review 1:Too many bugs in the room Not enough food, always had too ask for food, drinks cause empty Ice cream for kids under 12 years only New towels and sheet only once a week
Review 2:Nice staff Walking distance to beach and village
Review 3:The only thing we missed was having somewhere other than the restaurant or the lobby to spend the evening after dinner, rather than retreating to our balcony.
Review 4:The staff are the hotel's best asset, always courteous, friendly and helpful. We liked the location, the beach is a short walk (easy to catch the rising sun before breakfast) Afandou village is a longer walk or there's a land train ride from the hotel, then it's possible to catch a bus and go exploring other parts of the island.
Review 5:Rooms are old, but functional.
Review 6:Biggest plus is staff in this property
Review 7:The food was a nightmare, I actually had trouble swallowing it. The website that I booked the hotel with (booking.com) claimed that it has free WiFi in lobby and public areas, there was no such a thing, one had to buy an internet account of one hour for 3 Euros, the funny thing is this one hour was straight, and you couldn't log out and use the rest some other time, that I found out later because the receptionist happened to forget to tell something like that to me. There is no type of transport to nearest city center (Afantou), you have to either walk for 25 minutes or take a taxi for 10 Euros. But the good news is that there is a bus station in Afantou and you can go anywhere from there. I was a solo traveler who needed to go to Rodos city center everyday early in the morning, So I had to take the taxi, and since the hotel was very far away from the city center I had to spend all day out and then take a taxi for 25 Euros back to the hotel. The location of the hotel is terrible for someone who wants to go sightseeing in Rhodes. the accessibility is terrible. And about rooms, they are planets of mosquitoes. First room that I was checked in had a toilet with a window that didn't get closed. Then they transferred me to another room that was much better. But I had trouble with locking and unlocking the door of both rooms.
Review 8:It's a good place for someone who wants to spend the day at the beach. The Afantou sand beach is almost 10 minute walk from the hotel. The staff are nice, specially the young man who works at nights. They do whatever they can to help you.
Review 9:Unpleasant smell in the bathroom with untidy walls Swarm of mosquitosduring the night No transparent notice on their site of extra paymentfor lots of things: air conditioner, wi-fi, chaise-longue around thepool, drinks in the bar (even spring water!). It is not clear why theyrepresent themselves as 'all inclusive' hotel. In fact, onlylunch and dinner are inclusive. Tv does not work in many rooms. WiFidoes not work well - you need to log in all over again every 5 min.Location is not good - quite wild and no scavenging in the surroundingarea. Dogs are barking and even howling during nights. Rudeness of topmanagers. Manipulative strategies of the hotel management towardsvisitors. If you add all extras to the room cost it will be equal to theroom price in some luxury resort nearby.
Review 10:Natural healthy meals
