Review 1：Family owns the hotel, so the don't make every day cleaning in the room. It would be better to wash the floor every day without "Please, clean here" sign and to change towels more often, without asking. But it was our first stay in such a small hotel so maybe it is normal.
Review 2：Comfortable small hotel, looks more like apartments. Very close to the sea, very good beach. Nice view, big rooms. There is a small kitchen with all equipment in the room, so you can cook by yourself.

Review 4：Very friendly family (beer offered on arrival - nice in the 37 degree heat !). Apartment was clean and towels were changed daily. Small shared kitchen was adequate for our needs. Would definitely use again or recommend to friends.
Review 5：Location was very good, lots of clean towels, great bathroom and shower and a huge balcony looking at the glorious mountain range behind. Also the couple running the Guesthouse were wonderful.
Review 6：The gentleman greeting us spoke both English and German, the place was very spacious and had a lovely roof terrace looking over the bay. It was much more than we expected. The place was clean, fresh and very comfortable. The staff gave us information about walking and trips out.

Review 9：A bit long walk to the beach. The way from the beach demands some physical efforts , but for us it was ok.

Review 11：Faaaaar from the beach and center. Walking up and down every day few times per day is tirying, especially when going up (~10 minutes one way). not clear when room cleaning is done - wasn't done every day.
Review 12：Staff is great and friendly, always ready to help. Supermarket and bakery is right near the house - very convenient to buy food and freshly coocked bread/croissants for the breakfast. Place is okay, but not great. room is okay but not great - its clean and contains everything required (except hair dryer), although is small and i was struggling to place all my and husband's things.

Review 17：Our apartment was on the first floor and in the morning when everybody were passing by it was a bit noicy. Our balcony had partly a nice view towards the sea, but it also faced neighbour´s house and balcony so you don´t get so much privacy. Way from the beach to the house is a bit uphill, we didn´t mind so much, but maybe some people don´t like that.
Review 18：Our apartment was clean and comfortable. Very good wi-fi. Owners of the house are very kind. Beach and Baska Voda centre are very close to the house but also house is not far from the main road from Split or Makarska. We liked Baska Voda very much, but also beaches in Brela.
Review 19：We have stayed for 10 nights end of June and absolutely loved Baska Voda and Croatia. I would recommend staying at Bilic Haus as the owners are lovely and always ready to help, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The place has a very well equipped kitchen, perfect for those who wants to have a break from going out for meals all the time.. So overall opinion is very good, would stay there again if we ever go back to Croatia. The only thing I would change is perhaps having more tv channels for English speakers, but then when you are on hols tv is not that important..

Review 30：Our "studio apartment with sea view" at 1-st floor has a balcony common with the adjacent apartment, but separated only by a little lattice! It is not comfortable to stay and enjoy on the balcony with other people in direct vicinity and even looking on the door in your room! In our opinion, a better wall separation (fabricated by any type of material like plastic, etc) is mandatory in this case!

Review 34：House Bilic is a very good value for money. We had a and nice and cleansmall appartment with a big terrace with sea view, ideal to havebreakfast/ dinner. The owner, an old lady who speeks only Croatianand German was very sweet and helpful. The house is only 5 min walk fromthe beach and close by car to the main cultural interets. We highlyrecommand this lovely location.
