Review 1：The apartments are a few steps from the beach but it is difficult to enter the sea because of the stones and the rocks in the water. Weak Wi-Fi signal.

Review 3：I do not find the beach in front of the house really good for kids: large rocks are all around in the see and a little bit submerged, but really close there are other wonderfull places to have a nice swim.WiFfi is extremly poor: 0,5 Mbps download and upload, latency over 280ms.
Review 4：Tota and Aris are super kind, always available and they make you really confortable in their studios. The apartments are not probably in the best ever place, but are anyway in a strategic position in the island: really close to Lindos (15 minutes at most) a not to far from Rodhos (1 hour). Thanks God the air conditioning is working, so even with hot temperatures you can enjoy the staying.
Review 5：Very nice hotel a little bit away from large noisy hotels. Reach sea life: colour fish, crabs etc. Very hospitable hosts. All you need in kitchen. Own parking at the hotel territory. Good bus communication, close to a lot of beaches and places to see
Review 6：We had a great staying :) We enjoyed a lot our room and the terrace where our son could run frrely. Tota's cakes and the fresh fruits from her garden are great. My 2-years old child really enjoyed the juicy grapes Tota offered us and we all enjoyed her amazing cakes :)

Review 8：First thing first the owners are ABSOLUTELY perfect.The hospitality was overwhelming!They already had home-cooked sweet and a bottle of juice waiting for us upon arrival!and everything i need they were there for me!Secondly the location is just heaven!50m from the beach (rocky though but ok)..SO quiet!Markets are withink walking distance for 10~12 minutes!Or if you have a car you can go to Lardos!I stayed for 6 nights and i literally recharged my batteries!I am DEFINATELY staying there again!I recommend it hands down!
Review 9：Erillinen rakennus, jossa kolme studioa joko kahdelle tai kolmelle hengelle. Tilavat, siistit huoneet ja omat isot parvekkeet. Jos haluat merinäköalan, siitä on mainittava varatessa. Tosin se huoneisto, josta ei ole merinäköalaa on suurin ja sen parveke on myös tilavin. Pysäköintitila on keskeneräisen talon alla auringolta suojassa. Omistaja on erittäin ystävällinen ja puhuu hyvää englantia. Piha rajoittuu pikkukivirantaan, jossa on myös käytössä suihku. Ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja kävelymatkan päässä. Suosittelen!
Review 10：The beach is stony with small pools of warmer water surrounded by rocks, which is good for small children. There are excellent sandy beaches in Pefkos (10 minutes drive). If you don't have a car, go to the left from the apartment (to the left from the big tree on the beach) there is a bigger pool between the rocks suitable for swimming for adults.
Review 11：The room was incredibly clean upon arrival and the location itself was literally a stones throw from the beach. The owners of the property were very welcoming and they even gave me some hand picked figs and 2 beers when I arrived in the early hours of the morning. Would definitely stay here again! The price was also amazingly cheap for what you get
Review 12：We had a really nice stay at Nicholas Beach Studios in August. Our room was excellent with a terrace with seaview. It was just a few steps to walk to the sea. The studio had a small kitchen with all you need if you want to cook your own meals. At a nearby hotel there is a restaurant and a minimarket. If you walk a little further there is a street with several restaurants and shops. The owners of Nicholas Beach Studios are very helpful and friendly. When we asked them to order a taxi they drove us themself to Pefkos, two times. Nicholas Beach Studios is a peaceful place, beautifully situated and with a great atmosphere. The owners do everything to make sure their guests have a good time. It is one of the best places to stay on Rhodes.
Review 13：The beach was right next to to the studios and quiet compared to neighboring villages. The Studio hosts were very kind and sweet and made us feel welcomed. Food markets and restaurants in walking distance as well as the bus stop. Great stay:)
Review 14：At first we were a bit disappointed with underwater rocks at the beach but later realised that this was more an advantage. Lots of fish around. Everyone, especially kids, was really amazed with sea inhabitants. Still you have to wear aqua socks when swimming, so putting this into negative section, bit this is a really minor thing.
Review 15：Hosts, Aris and Panayota. They were sooooo friendly and always very helpful. Thank you! Perfect location, the sea is literally at the backyard. Underwater hunting for octopus and sea urchin. (Great thanks to Panayotis and Popi!) Fishing Apartment was spacious well enough for 4 adults and 3 children Great patio Greek cuisine (again thank you Panayota for delicious cakes and vegetable pie!) Private beach if compare to the nearby hotels. You will hardly find anyone closer than 30-50 meters.
Review 16：If I had one minor comment by way of warning,there are rocks all along the shore at varying depths which do hamper swimming off the beach.Buy beach shoes for around E12.00 and you will be okay to clamber over them.
Review 17：The apartment was facing the beach on the first floor. Spotlessly clean and only a 30 meter walk to a shingle beach.Other guests took advantage of a bbq on site. Sunloungers are available and some umbrellas are also available. The apartment had air conditioning and a ceiling fan which was really beneficial in the first week of July. Aris and his wife are charming hosts and we arrived after 11pm - not a problem. The fridge had water and orange juice in it for our arrival.It was really nice to have a change of linen and towels halfway through the week.The beach was virtually deserted to the left of the property and not at all crowded to the right - plenty of room for all.The whole accommodation and its location in particular exceeded our expectations.

Review 25：I warmly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, nice place to relax and rest. You do need a car, but on the upside, you are literally a few steps away from the beach, so what more could you possibly need? The apartment was clean, comfortable, included all amenities needed for an enjoyable stay, incl. Wi-FI + the spectacular view from the terrace overlooking the sea. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. Would love to have stayed longer. Very relaxing!
Review 26：The furniture is rather old, some of it broken. The walls ask for updateas well. In April, it was damp, so lots of spiders inside. Next to thishouse there is another half-built house, unfenced. I assume it is verydangerous for kids, they can easily climb the stairs and fall out. Butall these small things did not scare us. We left after one night onlybecause the house was attacked by black millipedes, they were inhundreds on the white walls outside and some also inside. They areattracted to white colour, it seems. I guess April is their time. So weleft with big regret because we liked the place otherwise.
Review 27：We rented a 3-bedroom apartment. It is very spacious and has a wonderfulpatio with the sea view. It is a couple of steps to the sea. Theapartment has a fine kitchen with a washing-machine and a big fridge. Itis well-suited for a big family or two families. Internet is good speedand free. Next to the house there is a huge old lemon-tree.
