Villa Verica sells fast on our site. Set against the backdrop of Biokovo Mountain with direct access to the Adriatic beach, Vila Verica offers self-catering apartments with balconies and sea views. Guests may use facilities of a neighboring hotel.
All air conditioned apartments offer a kitchenette with refrigerator and coffeemaker. Each unit has a living area with a dining area and satellite flat-screen TV.

Review 1：There was only one minus - we waited in hotel restaurant about 20 minutes for menu, and then 30 minutes for our dishes. They had only a few guests, and two waiters so I'm sure it could be faster.

Review 2：Nice, spacious suite with air conditioning and sea view. We had there very comfortable stay. Just 1 minute walk to the beach. We were in Villa Verica in September and was noisy, in the nearest location was many clubs and pubs, in season can be worse. For us it wasn't a problem.

Review 3：Extremely noisy music from nearby night club and restaurant Borik and Apollo (until 3 pm!!!) that makes impossible to fall asleep even by closed windows (should be probably solved in cooperation with local authorities..). Note that there are no lifts in the building (4 floors). Very narrow entrance of the hotel garage (we had to enter the garage with folded mirrors). Expensive parking - this is minus of the location (not particularly the hotel). Baska Voda (all parking in the streets) has only paid parking. Hotel provides only paid parking too.

Review 4：Excellent location of the hotel, very kind and helpful staff (receptionists), spacious and well equipped apartment (two balconies, bidet, air-con, small TV - only HR channels, spacious fridge and freezer), fair hotel services (internet room, bookshelf :), cleaning, swimming pool, restaurant, air-con...).

Review 7：very small apartment, more like a closet than a room, no phone, bed and pillows very uncomfortable, staff made no effort to find better option, even when we offered to pay more. Not worth the money, better option exist in other hotels nearby.

Review 10：We've got the room on the top floor and it had the most beautiful view from its balcony. The room was very spacious. The location was also perfect. Loads of restaurants down the street and most importantly the beach was only 30 seconds across the street. We were allowed to park our car in the yard so the was no problem with parking whatsoever. Definitely would come back again.

Review 26：Just returned from our 2-week holiday in Croatia. We stayed in this fantastic Villa Verica with our 2 small children. Our apartment was big and specious with a lovely sea view balcony and was located on the ground floor, which we preferred. Everything was excellent!! The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment had been cleaned daily, bed linen changed regularly and towels replaced daily. There were a toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine etc available. Free wi-fi. No washing machine, but the hotel offered laundry service very cheap, so no problems, and we used that instead. We had a few evening meals in Hotel Milenij (good value, excellent service and delicious food) and we used hotel's swimming pool daily. The beach is only 2 min away with a bar/restaurant near it and a huge trampoline for children. Baska Voda is fabulous destination with loads of small restaurants, bars and shops. We will definitely go there again next year and we are hoping that we will be able to book the same apartment. We loved it so much!!

Review 27：We were disappointed in the room. Before I booked, I made sure to readall reviews before choosing this hotel. Quiet frankly, the reviews arevery misleading! The room walls are paper thin. We had a''suite'' on the 6th floor and it didnt matter ifsomeone else was slamming a door on the 1st or 5th floor, we heard it.Furniture was being moved the first night during the early hours and therest of the nights it was a door slamming fest. We had issues with thewi-fi the whole 5 day trip through. What really aggravated me was thatthe rooms do not have phones, so when you have an issue you must godirectly to the reception. That's all good, but I had to go about 6times until I decided to take matters into my own hands and forget thewifi. For the quality of the room, it is way overpriced!Just as an FYI at future guests (this didnt bother my family) but the hotel doesnt have an elevator. So if you have small children, elderly members, or someone who is handicapped, I would not choose this hotel.

Review 28：The view, location, and staff were excellent! You wake up, the firstthing you see, beautiful water with spots of shoreline. The other greatthing, when it pours rain out of no where, youre just seconds away. Itis also along the main street, where tourists get to enjoy fun andfestive evenings every night! The staff was very exceptional- Dina wasour favorite! She is an example of excellent customer service. Shehandled calls for us, arranged our taxi, and even emailed back and forthwith me way before we even arrived regarding transportationservices,etc. We had a small kitchen in our room with utensils and cookware, talk about awesomeness! The store is also close by and has avariety to choose from.

Review 29：There is no elevator (not problem for young couple). Parking must be paid since it is difficult nearby.

Review 30：The reception is in Hotel Milenji which facilities can be used by guests in Vila Verica. Receptionist was very helpful and was very fluent in english. We stayed in a studio on the 4th flour with a small balcony with side view to the beach. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The centre with shops and market is in walking distance. We enjoyed very much our stay and the localization was excellent.

Review 31：Housekeeping was poor, they just did the basics, making the beds/emptying bins even when we left a tip. The kitchenette wasn't cleaned/wiped and floor wasn't swept for the 3 nights we were there.

Review 32：Good value, comfortable hotel/apartment with all the basics plus lovely pool and free wi-fi. Very nice receptionist, Dina and we were given the room we requested. We were given free parking which was kind.

Review 33：Massive apartment with two balconies, sea view, really comfortable,big kitchen, huge lounge area and dining table, two sofas, free wi-fi. Location was perfect... Access to the pool and facilities athotel milenij next door, 10% off restaurant at hotel milenji as well(which has decent and very cheap food). Easy access to the beach andall restaurants, supermarket etc in town (about 2 minute walk and youare in town).

Review 35：Position 20 m from the see, plaza and clen see. Good and cooperative staff. Alvaus hot water. CLEAN. Every day changing rag. Near to center of town but out of crowd.

Review 36：Parking has to be additionally paid and more expensive than city parking, small balcony - two chairs cannot fit, TV is PC monitor size, sat-tv channels have to be paid, no elevator. Studio is small room size with mini-kitchen in it.

Review 38：No elevator. We had to go up and down 7 flights of stairs. Therecepcionist wanted to keep our passports with him in the reception. Idon't understand why, but we told him that we wouldn't leave ourpassports and we gave them back without problems.

Review 39：Perfect location just across the beach and located on a very busystreet, with restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, tourist office,etc. Staff was nice and the studio was clean and with the essentialequipment.

Review 40：Mało wygłuszone pokoje pomiedzy sobą, troszke głośna klimatyzacja- mozna się jednak przyzwyczaić, drogi parking 80kn ( w ofercie 7 EUR nieaktualne), brak w pkoju małego stolika.

Review 41：Świetne położenie blisko plaży- wystarczy zejść jednym z dwóch zejść. Miła obsługa, brak problemów z komunikacją. Pokoj i łazienka ładne i czyste, codziennie sprzątane, dobrze wyposażone w podstawowe naczynia, sztućce itp. Bezpłatne Wi-FI (w ofercie 4 EUR za godz jest nieaktualne).
