Review 1：The booking details mentioned that there would be an extra charge for cleaning but didn't state the amount. The charge was an 80 euro standard however long you stayed. This was added to the 105 euros for the overnight stay in the room. We were there overnight from 8pm to 10am with the room immaculate when we left. We didn't even use the cutlery, bins or toiletries. Husband managed to negotiate 50 euro charge. At this rate the cleaner is earning far more than I am at home; I'm a Headteacher but definitely in the wrong job. There was plenty of other accommodation in the area at less than 150 euros including cleaning. My advice would be to stay well away from extra cleaning charges unless they are clearly stated so you don't feel taken in or duped. A lovely apartment but this left a bad taste.

Review 2：The amazing view across Maria Alm & mountains from Patio Windows. Simply stunning! Warm welcome from lady manager. Really like the apartment and, as we visit Maria Alm regularly, thought we might use this place again BUT ......

Review 3：One time we came back and find one of the cooking pan not in the kitchin and we have used it in the morning!!. We find out the staff took it and give it to other guest without telling us!! Funny!!

Review 14：rooms are close to each another and not sound proof, does not protect privacy. Also there is no AC in the apartment, although the weather are ok.

Review 15：view from the balcony is breathtaking. calm place away from busy Zell Am See city and will require a private car since no transportation can be seen

Review 16：There was no lift and as we stayed in the third floor, it was difficult to carry the bags. In addition, we wished there was an iron in the apartment. Other than this, the place is perfect.

Review 17：The best place to stay for travelers who seek a relaxing location beside the nature. Magical views of the mountains and the river beneath. Wonderful and helpful staff and reception. Clean and comfy. It was a stay to remember!
