Review 1：We had troubles in opening the window to the balcony, but maybe we are just clumsy... So actually: no negative points ;-)

Review 2：Really very, very, VERY friendly and helpful staff! Excellent location in the city centre. Comfortable rooms with good beds.Good wifi connection. As for breakfast, we were in the hotel off season, so no buffet, but we could ask whatever we wanted and a very friendly lady prepared us a splendid breakfast! Absolutely value for money!

Review 17：The whole hotel had an odd smell. The street was noisy, people were slamming doors during the nighttime. Mosquitoes were coming out of nowhere. We asked for double bed room, got twin bed room.

Review 32：The staff was incredible! They where really there for helping you beyond any expectation: giving indications, helping with the bags, with the parking, offering coffee and water and even the possibility to have a shower after the check out when we came back from chrissi island. The hotel represents a perfect starting point for the trip to the island because it is less than 5 minutes walk from the port and it also sells the ticket of the boat.

Review 33：Very hard to find. Directions on the website might help. People in town gave conflicting directions. The only sign is on the 4th floor -- there is nothing at street level which is all you see when your driving.

Review 37：Nice exterior, but quite a Spartan look to the interior of the hotel. Room was a little antiquated with tiny tv and the breakfast was a little unimaginative - would have liked to see fresh fruit and vegetables with olive oil etc which is usual for Greece.

Review 41：Smoking. The staff all seemed to smoke whilst taking breaks etc albeit on balconies it did effect he communal areas. Most of all the breakfast room on one morning which really isn't nice or healthy.

Review 43：Warm reception and overwhelming hospitality from the young couple who have just taken over the family business. Its just short walk to the center, harbor, restaurants and old town. An ideal address for anybody who's not into the mega-conglomerate experience.
