Review 1：Check out time is 11:00am, really very early. We understand that you would like to satisfy early arrivals, but it would be better of you at least allow to use the pool and sauna free until 1-2pm. Charging extra for this is scratching a bit on the great image you give to your guests. Garage costs 9€ per night, but it is not a real disadvantage.

Review 2：This is really a charming place. Great location, excellent facility. Very good reception team. Swimming and having heated jacuzzi outdoor in winter is a fantastic experience. Good food, friendly and quick responding restaurant staff. We spend New Year's Eve there, the hotel and especially the municipality prepared a fantastic firework spectacle. Congratulation to the city council and hotel managers. We will come again and recommend the charming Charme Resort to everyone. Hope that the "mass, all inclusive tourism" will not reach the place. Stay as you are. Big hug!

Review 3：Waiting time at dinner is definitely a low point. In one evening we had to wait 20' to get the dirty playes removed from the table and to receive the wine menu. We spent almost three hours at dinner during that evening. Truth be told they had a sudden shortage of personnel but a place is well managed if you have a plan B ready on the shelf. Ski domain nearby is good when there is enough natural snow else you need to drive 20' to Alpendorf Water temp in the pool is around 25 deg abd given the winter season a 30 deg would have been more appropriate Missing body lotion and balm for the hair in the room

Review 4：The location is fantastic, surrounded by mountains. Food was pretty good and for the new Year's eve was great. Entertaining program with live music every evening was highly appreciated Underground garage is excellent Spa area is well equipped and large enough given the size of the hotel

Review 5：The first night which was 30/12 for us the dinner was a nightmare as we had an hour and a half to eat. We had informed a while back that my wife was a vegetarian but while we got there for the pasta buffet there were 3 pasta choices and not one was vegetarian. She eventually got something to eat by when I had already finished eating and she went going back and forth to see if her dinner was ready. The pasta that I took as well was inedible. Aside from this it looked better and things improved so I think this was an exception but a pity. On this night we had decided to cut our stay short and leave but decided against it after a night's sleep and glad we ended up staying. Nothing in English or any other language other than German.

Review 7：There are 3 things that needs to be improved if this Hotel still would like to hold the 4 stars mark: 1) English language: The staff seemed not to make an effort to speak English, they insisted on speaking German even if the guest do not speak a word of German, which was a real pity. 2) Staff complained about too much work: Two people from staff also complained to us that there were far too many people in the Hotel and to much of work for them, so they were not happy. 3) Put an smile on the face: The staff seemed always in a bad mood when serving us, not sure what is happening behind the scenes, but I hope the condition can be improved for them.

Review 8：The location was great. We also booked a room with mountain view- well worth it!. It was clean and the sauna is really really good.

Review 9：Price is too high. Just one staff at reception - Istvan did not speak any English. Hotel claims to be environmental however all our towels left on handrail were replaced.

Review 13：The hotel was perfect choice for a long weekend stay. The staff is very kind, pays attention to guests and helpful. The food is also great. Good spa, specially the panorama sauna. The location is also good for hiking.

Review 35：There was no servicing in the apartment. we didn't mind that, but we stayed 7 nights and they didn't change the towels or collect our rubbish once. Parking on the street is also very limited, alternatively you can pay 8euro per day to use the garage.

Review 37：If you rent an apartment the hotel is treating you as an outsider:it's hard to get a reservation for table at the restaurant becausepriority have hotel guests, even if you stay for 2 weeks no cleaning.Everything is extra, spa, cleaning, garage...it seems to me that hoteldoes not want non-german guests: not one tv station in english, or anynewspapers, and personnel doesn't speak it too well either. Ingeneral, the personnel did not make me feel welcomed, so I guess Iwon't come back since there are so many other places....too bad
