Review 1：Wifi a bit temperamental.
Review 2：We had a lovely stay at Nicolas apartments. Particularly enjoyed the small private beach, the huge pool with springboard and the views of the ocean. Eleni and daughter were great hosts made us feel very welcome.

Review 6：We stayed in one of the apartments closer to the sea, so we had the double advantage of a perfect peace (far from the road) and a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was large, the bed comfortable and the furniture quite new. The bathroom in particular was large and brand new. The location of Nicolas Apartments was perfect to explore the eastern half of Crete: we could easily do day trips to Kato Zakros, Siteia, Xerokampos, Chrysy Island, Gortina, Matala, Iraklio, Malia, Agios Nikolaos, Spinalonga and many other places. Not to forget that being Ierapetra on the south coast it has on average a better weather than the north. In the days we were in Crete quite often the north coast was cloudy while on the south the sun was shining. If you like a relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful terrace to have your breakfast in the morning in front of the sea and to relax in the evening after a day out, Nicolas is perfect for you.
Review 7：We like everything! It was a wonderful stay with the mother and daughter at Nicolas! The pool was great. The sea view is amazing! We stayed for 10 nights and even out 16 year old daughter loved it. Breakfast is also amazing! We would love to come back!
Review 8：Air conditioning is not free of charge and pretty expensive - whereas itis nothing to do here in July without of air conditioning, - but thisinfo is hardly visible at booking.com pages!!! Squeaking of old woodenbeds is just terrible - and unbelievable, because of a strong contrastto well-renovated interiors. No of any tavernas / shops in walkingdistance. Wi-Fi is available mainly at open space, but not in the room.
Review 9：It is located closely (wel-done staircase of 116 steps) to a very nicebeach, almost personal one (I.E. no people from aside), in combinationwith a well-done swimming pool. Very friendful, positively-minded andattentive personnel. Located closely to Ierapetra town, and convenientfor car trips to Southern-Eastern and Eastern coasts of Crete. A lot ofparking place for Your car(s).

Review 12：The web page does not really give a full picture of how nice this place is. Lovely ocean view, access to a hidden little beach, very nice pool and a breakfast with enjoyable delights. All you need to start a good day ! We initially planned for 2 nights but stayed for a full week. Go and see for your self :-)

Quiet but yet sociable people in charge taking care of your needs with no fuzz always smiling and polite. An unbelievable swimming pool that yet does not bother the people in the rooms and a out of a book small almost private beach. A must if you come to Ierapetra and are not into luxury and/or full package tourism.
