Review 1：The bathroom is small and they cleaned the room and changed the towels the fourth day of our stay which was very disappointing considering the cost of the room (90eur per day).

Review 2：The location was convenient due the proximity of the near beaches but a bit far from the capital (30 minutes by car). It is situated at a quite village with a small marina for yachts.

Review 3：Nothing to dislike. Neo Klima itself has limited facilities which is great for getting away from it all but unfortunately we had rain during our stay - in July - and so very little else there.

Review 4：Dimitri was extremely welcoming and kind. Accommodation is very clean, well-equipped, comfortable and modern. The sea is on your doorstep and it is very quiet and unspoilt spot. Particularly liked Hovolo beach and the walk around the rocks.

Review 7：We have stayed in Anna Maria & Vanessa Luxury Apartments in June2015. I would like to note that hotel has very good location, it issituated close to the two small beaches in a small town Neo Klima. Thebus stop is just 3 minutes away, from where you can go to anotherseveral beaches such as Kostani Beach or Panormos Beach. Also in oneminute from the hotel there are several taverns and restaurants withnice traditional Greek food. Also I would like to mention and saypersonal thank you!!! To the owner of the hotel - Dimitris. He is veryfriendly and helpful man! He helped us a lot during our stay, showed thebest places where to go and what to see and even got us traditionalGreek Jam (marmalade) which we could not find ourselves! The rooms arevery nice and comfortable, and have everything you may need, even acooking pot & coffee maker! If you are looking for a nice quiet staywith perfect comfort, than Anna Maria & Vanessa Luxury Apartments isyour best choice!

Review 8：Beautiful and renewed apartments. The stay was veery comfortable. The place is very quiet, it's a bit far from skopelos town but it has 3 restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Its very well located to go to the beaches. Dimitri was very nice and helpful and made our stay like beeing at home.

Review 9：We had a fantastic balcony as we were staying in the luxury two bed apt. Sadly 2 out of the 4 days we stayed towards the end of June were either rainy or cloudy & cool!! Bedrooms a little on the small side.

Review 10：Dimitris was very helpful and helped organise us with a jeep. Klima is quite pretty but you do need transport. He brought us cake on a couple of occasions and was an excellent host.Next to our last day we found a good taverna O Vagellis. Its next to the mini market. Good food with a few veggie options.Discovered the lovely Glossa Village which was a life saver in the rain. Some good beaches near by - Mamma Mia beach is frequented by tourist boats but has comfy sunbeams.

Review 11：Wifi in our room only worked on the balcony. However the wifi on the balcony was very fast.

Review 12：Dimitris was an excellent host, friendly and helpful. The hotel is near a small marina, close to glossa. It is not far from some of the best beaches on skopelos. Dimitri was extremely helpful in helping us hire a car and quad bike. He made sure the car was available the next morning from the hotel. He also told us which were the best beaches to go to. The room was very clean, we had a balcony facing the sea. However, the bathroom was a bit small. Overall a really nice, clean and friendly place to stay. We had a great time.

Review 13：Can't think of anything we didn't like really. Being picky, the shower in our room was a tad small, but I think that's common on the island. Also kitchenette is very basic, and would not work well for much cooking, but we just decided to eat out since the restaurants are so close and tasty, so it was no issue for us. However the fridge was very handy for snacks.

Review 14：Dimitri was wonderful!! He was hospitable and kind and went out of his way to take care of all our needs such as arranging the rental car to be delivered, washing our clothes for us, and taking us on a free boat ride. The facility is lovely (quality and clean) and at an excellent location-the port is beautiful and quaint; we had a port view and it's very very nice. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it. Neo Klima is quieter, but very charming. We also stayed in Skopelos Town for a few nights, and much preferred this location (and Dimitri). We wished we would have stayed our full visit here. We loved the restaurant that is closest to the Anna Maria, and ate there every night (there are 2 others we didn't try); extremely convenient. The bakery and grocery/market is just up the hill (short walk) along with an ATM. The market has basic supplies, like water, yogurt, fruit, etc. There is a nice non-crowded beach extremely close to the hotel and other beaches you can drive to or catch the bus. We especially liked Kastani beach because of the free sun beds, cafe and beauty of the location. The Anna Maria is a great place to enjoy a relaxing stay, or base for exploring the rest of the island (via car or scooter).

Review 15：Everything has been really wonderful. The apartments are located close to 3 beautiful beaches. The apartment we occupied has a nice big terrace with a wonderful view of the village and harbor, very nice for private family meals. There are also some lovely restaurants close to the pension. But the most enjoyable is the will of Dimitri and his family to ensure the success of your stay and your holiday by being at your service with great kindness and professionalism!

Review 17：We have stayed for 7 days at Neo Klima, town with a little harbour and situated between sea and green mountains. Astonishing view when you are in the water and look at the mountains ! The beach is 150 m fareway, quaiet, clean, with few tourists, every day (you feel like on a private beach). For crawdy beaches I recommed Panormos, Stafilos and Milla. The view from taverna Nikos to Riga over the Panormos Gulf is unforgettablel ! The people from town are very nice persons, everywhere; in tavernas, bakery etc. The car on the island is a must if you want to visit many places (Skopelos town and others beaches). Skopelos is the greenest island in Greece. A mountain sorrounded by sea with beaches ! The ferry is not cheap !

The accommodation was excellent, the hosts were welcoming, helpful and prompt answering requests. Dimitris helped us a lot with recommendations regarding appointed or wild beaches but also recommendations on spending time (you can make excursions on the islands or you can rent boats). Review 22：we loved staying at Anna Maria- Vanessa apartments. The owner Demitry was so helpful nothing was too much trouble. We went on a lovely boat ride, and saw some beautiful beaches. Our apartment was very clean and had lots of space, we a beautiful balcony looking out to sea. We cant wait to return next year, thank you Demitry and your lovely family.

Review 30：Wonderful accomodation. Looked after superbly by Dimitri and his lovely family and staff. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms were exceptional. The welcome was thoughtful and kind. From transfers, car hire, boat trip to general island information. Will definitely return.

Review 31：the hotel is fully renovated and according to high international standarts. We were extremely positively surprised from the location(next to the beach), the room, and the owners attitude. Dimitris and his family are very hospitable and helping you in all your needs. From Neo Clima you can reach easily everywhere on the island . Near the Anna Maria Vanessa apartments there is a lovely beach called Chovolo beach and Dimitri proposes you to take you to other beaches near Elios Klima if you like ... So a place to be ::))

Review 51：The only point for improvement is the bathroom which is too small in our opinion.

Review 52：We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights (a family of 5). The village is just close to Glossa. The hotel is located few meters from the port and the beach. We had the big apartment at the top which included 2 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a huge balcony. We enjoyed our visit very much. The hotel and place are really fabulous. The hotel does not provide breakfast and in the mornings we went to the local bakery and mini-market to buy what we needed. As mentioned in previous reviews, the owner and his wife (Dimitris and Cathrine) are really special and unique. They were trying to do their best to make our visit enjoyable as possible. They helped us to rent a car, to get a taxi (Dimitris used his car when there was no taxi available), to take us back and forth to the ferry in Glossa, to bring us to a nice beach with his personal boat, laundry services and many other things, all free of charge. We used the balcony in the mornings to have breakfast, in the evening before we went out to dine and in the nights. It is very specious and the view is absolutely breath taking. The weather during our stay (early August) was very good and the wind was always refreshing. Bottom line we highly recommend the hotel and the location. The owners really make the difference compared to any other places we visited and they deserve the high score they get.

Review 59：Very friendly staff/owners! They were willing to help in every turn. The boat trip to the quiet little beach (with no roads and other tourists) nearby was a nice bonus. The hotel and the room were clean and well-equipped and the view from the balcony of the seaside room was just beautiful. Sometimes, if you are ready to take a ferry trip and maybe rent a car (instead of just staying within few kilometers from the airport), you can find beautiful and relaxing places in the Greek islands. Neo Klima in Skopelos island is one of these places and there we could strongly recommend staying at Anna-Maria Vanessa Apartments.

The apartments, named after his daughters, are well appointed and situated on a fairly new harbour front. Three tavernas are a few paces away and also within walking distance is Captain Spiros' excellent fresh fish tavern, he also serves homemade meat dishes. The nearby beach, 2 minutes walk, is clean shingle. Nea Klima is relatively new but well situated, we became very fond of it. We would definitely stay with Dimitris again.

Review 65：We stayed at the apartment for 1 week in early August (2012). Thelocation is excellent, with a view of the little harbor , the Neo Klimabeach and of course the blue Aegean. The town is surrounded by hillscovered with pine forests. The little town was charming , with a numberof excellent restaurants including our favorite Captain Spiros. Inaddition to the town beach there are several beautiful beaches within15 min by car. The apartment, on the top floor of the villa ismagnificant. It was comfortably furnished, roomy, with a giganticoutdoor area with dining table and excellent satellite tv and Wi-Fi.Best of all were our hosts Dimitri and his wife Katerina.They werethere for our every need including taking our 10 year old son fishing.We have traveled extensively in Greece and give Anna Maria Vanessa ourhighest recommendation. We plan to go back someday in the not toodistant future.

The location of the apartment is excellent, the beach isjust in front, 70m to the bakery and 30m to 2 taverns.The view from thebalcony is magnificent.Don`t miss Captain Spiros- the best fishrestaurant!
