Review 1：There was no food or drink which was a bit innconvienant as we arrived at ab out 6.30 on a Sunday evening.

Review 3：The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed on return from Lanzarote. Great value for money as 2 weeks parking was included in the price we paid. The hotel manager was very friendly and welcoming.
Review 4：Plumbing awful unable to have shower no hot water, scalding water from sink tap. Requested breakfast in bed was told would need to collect ourself on tray from downstairs. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together which kept separating. No bar facilities

Review 7：I had trouble with the hot water. The hot water tap on the washbasin in my room didn't function, and I didn't manage to get hot water from the shower in the adjoining bathroom.
Review 8：A return trip on our way home from Islay. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and went out of their way to allow us to watch the rugby in the hotel bar. Another comfortable night and good breakfast.
Review 9：A very comfortable room and a good breakfast. The promenade along the front was 100 yards down the road and there were plenty of places for dinner within easy walking distance in the town.
Review 10：This hotel is ideally situated for staying overnight prior to a trip from Prestwick airport. It is clean, staff friendly and breakfast excellent - highly recommend.
Review 11：Had to mention shaky basket chair. Felt it could be dangerous but Anthony said he would rectify that. Forgot to mention to him the shower door didn't close properly causing the floor to get wet, ( we cleaned it up quickly when we noticed). Should be looked at.

Review 15：Staff were very helpful. We got locked in the apartment block as another guest had locked the door and we'd been told to leave the key in our room. Phoned staff and they were there within 5mins (at 5am).

Review 17：The attitude of receptionist /Manager was not at all acceptable at all. He was very rude and was not ready to give us room. Infact he refused and then after lot of our effort he showd that he is doing something very big for us. He was totally at sleep
Review 18：I thought this was a great experience. Antony was the complete host. Both he and Hardip were great in the lead up, helping make our complex travel issues, trying to organise reciept of our golf clubs, and trip to the Ayr races easy. Breakfast every day was delicious, and set us up for a great experience staying in Prestwick.

We booked here as we wanted to be close to the airport and also have parking while away. Pleased to say the car was safe and sound on our return. Many thanks.

Review 39：The only dislike was we had a shower rather than a bath. But apart from that no complaints. Payment was made on arrival which was ok, but prefer to pay on departure.
Review 40：The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble.The rooms were spacious, clean and had all basic necessities flat screen tv, coffee and tea making facilities, comfortable bed, toileteries were supplied, clean towels and heating was on to keep the rooms cosy. Breakfast had a choice of eight cereals, porridge, fruit and yoghurt , tea and coffee , three different fruit juices and a toaster with fresh bread. There were multiple options for a cooked breakfast and would recommend the full english which was cooked perfectly. Really enjoyed our weekend and would stay there again.

Really enjoyed that we could walk down to the beach, and my children enjoyed the soft play center that is there. We also walked into the town center of Prestwick.
