Review 1：The bathroom was a little small and the pipes made a few gurgling noises.

Review 2：The location was good. It's overlooking the port and is surrounded by excellent tavernas down the side streets. It's a short walk to the bus and train stations and to the center of town. It was clean and breakfast was pretty good.

Review 13：Nice location, restaurants, bars, all nearby, friendly staff, fine rooms, in general closer to 3 than 2 stars. Noisy at night, from 22.00 to 3 or 4 am, but you're on vacation.

Review 16：Soundproofing between rooms is pretty poor but that's continental construction for you. With all the tiles and hard surfaces every sound was magnified. Had a bit of a problem with the shower control which we put up with. Staff were pleased to receive feedback and assured us this would be sorted for next visitors!

Review 64：I was traveling with my 82-yo mother to Alexandroupoli. The staff was wonderful with her, which set the tone of the stay. The hotel is very well maintained and has more amenities than one would except in a two-star hotel. Very much recommended.

Review 65：Breakfasts are bog standard. For a good hotel with a customer satisfaction questionnaire asking about soundproofing ( brilliant externally) noise in the night from the corridor as newly made friends came back to enjoy the comforts of this very accomodating and pleasant hotel.

Review 66：Bang opposite the port for Samothrace. Only 10e.from the airport. Very helpful staff looked after our luggage, no probs. Ask for a free map of Alex. Close to the little Alex has to offer - the icon museum up the cobbled inland taverna street is good for whiling away a few hours. Family in next door apartment were great. They seemed to be delighted to talk to tourists and not be scowled at by seedy business men. We noted an interesting variety of people on the promenade outside with a propensity to wear tall red stilletos.

Review 67：Dirty and uncomfortable. Thin walls and constant noise day and night. I asked for a double bed, they gave me two separate extremely uncomfortable beds. I politely asked the receptionist if I could check out late and she answered "How many minutes?" in a rude way. Also there is no security in the hotel, anyone can enter in the middle of the night. Stay away!

Review 76：Alexandroupoli is not the most picturesque harbour town, but I have a soft spot for this hotel as I stayed there many years ago. I still love the location, with a view of the sea front and some excellent tavern and fish restaurants. Turkish gentlemen drive 50 km just for an evening meal nearby.
