Review 3：A little over priced for what you get. Not enough wardrobe space for a family. The shower is not comfortable. You would expect from a five star resort a better shower.

Review 5：The positioning of the hotel along the beach front is great if you are not interested in a stroll along promenades where you are accosted continually to eat or drink.. We deliberately did not want a hotel in that position, but it does make it rather remote other than by hiring a car to check out the Island.although there is a quaint train that will take you up into afandou village. But not for us.Nip along to Lindos instead to discover the delights of winding streets and picturesque old buildings with flowering bushes giving shade to secrets lost.

Review 6：The rooms are as lovely as the photographs show and we slept like babies with firm beds and supporting pillows.The grounds and pools area are all very contemporary and well maintained. The overriding factor in choosing to revisit this hotel is the superb staff, their friendliness and commitment to ensure we had a great holiday was outstanding. Even checking out of our room was accommodated to suite our late flight times.

Review 9：they need somebody to check if all the screws are in the right place and tightly fastened. there is an extra fee for calling a taxi, but nobody informs you. Unpleasant smell on the balcony??? my husband's mob. phone magically disappeared on the way from our room to the airport (by taxi)??? if staying for a longer period bring your own shampoo.

Review 10：the location to travel around the icland, closiness to the see and food!!! the room was spacious; car rental was very comfortable. Wi-fi worked fine. Small market (shop) was at the hotel - no need to go to the village (could have some local fruit).

Review 11：The hotel is exaggeration. the size of hotel and service are not for 5 star hotel itself. It look like family running hotel, which has small common areas. and mostly very quiet. I do not find any difference between apartment and this hotel.

Review 19：We like all of it; the place, suits, the people, the food and the sea. The personell are supert. Thank you fir making our stay a grat adventure and comfort. Very comfortable resort and quality of service. It's a place you feel both home and at the same time enjoy sommer in a beautiful quality resort. Centrally located in relation to other attraction and sites in rhodes. A car will be helpful to move around, but taxi is also a good economic alternativ. A place u will highly recommended.

Review 20：We were checked into a lovely room which was called a Deluxe suite on our booking confirmation. The airconditioning didn't cool the room for more than 24 hours and there was a heat wave outside. On the 2nd day a terrible smell of sewerage came through the airconditioning and we had to change rooms. We were then told that we had previously been upgraded (although the room looked exactly the same a the booking photos) and so we were moved to a much smaller room. All in all the attitude at reception was not very helpful, and there are definitely some technical issues with the property.

Review 22：We had issues with wifi daily and although reported this on numerous occasions were always told 'someone is coming to look at it, however that someone never appeared' Although out rooms were cleaned daily we were not given fresh sheets Being a vegetarian, although informing the resort prior to my visit at there on some nights the dinner options as part of half board did not cater a single main meal for vegetarians. I would not have booked half board if I knew this would be the case The hotel did not have enough pool towels daily! Service at reception and in the restaurant very inconsistent

Review 42：The staff was outstanding! The bartender, the restaurant staff, the receptionists, the snack bar staff, the management and owners--all friendly and accomodating. The location is only 30 meters from the beach, although it would have been nice to have a sunbed & umbrella included. Very quiet and a good place to relax by the nice pool. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the sea from both balconies. The snack bar grill by the pool had very good seafood at reasonable prices. Although it was excellent, there are a few small points for feedback--these are not really dislikes. Based on our tastes, daily seafood choice included in the menu/buffet would be better than an overall daily menu of meat. We still plan to come back!

Review 44：Staff people is the strongest point. They are really open and charming people, not to mention helpfullness and dedication to their job. Hotel manager, dining room chief with his wonderfull team, bartender of lobby bar and snack bar people made our stay in this hotel as just as perfect. Although hotel is located quite away of any public activities such as historical sites or night life, its position to the beautiful sea with nice beach (just 100 meters away) is perfect. You can enjoy the sun near by the nice pool laying on a sunbed and have a small walk to swim in to the sea. You have to rent the car for three days to have whole Island seen. Enjoy!

Review 45：Great hotel in a great location. Room (family suite) was excellent for the four of us. Pool was clean and great size. Wonderful beach with amazing clear water just a minute away. There are no shopping options only small tavernas with very fresh fish and sea food.. Which was perfect for us( and kept the crowd away). We were looking for exactly that type of vecation. The staff was very attentive, nice and helpful and made us feel welcome at all times. We didn't rent a car- went o the old city with a taxi (20min ride) as well as other attractios. Highly recommended.

Review 50：Only smaller issues, which of course cannot be compared the positivefeatures. First, there is no a single internet station in the hotellobby for those having no laptop with them but WiFi is availble if youhave your own machine. The Spa Center and fitness center was closed fora repair problem, and the fitness center consisted of a single gym roomwithout machines. Due to the fact that the hotel is a relatively smallone, do not count on the availabilty of late check-out, should yourflight depart in the evening. Lastly, a personal issue (which obviouslycannot be named as a general problem): I was just on special diet andwould have had to measure my weight twice a day but there was nobathroom scales in the entire hotel (not even in the fitness room).

Review 51：We spent one week in this very clean and modern hotel, which is in avery quiet neighborhood (no tarffic, no discos) about half way betweenthe City of Rhodes and Lindos, with very kind and committed staff havinggood command of English and German (although we arrived late in theevening around midnight, the restaurant was opened for us and we stillreceived a cold dish for dinner). This is small hotel (with about 50rooms) and is a perefct place for relaxing for being far away fromtourist crowds. Our family room was spacious and clean, with two balconsand with a partial view to the sea. Air conditioning was fixed at 24degrees, could not be adjusted (only switched on and off) but thistemperature was just okay. Breakfast and dinner was rich and tasteful.The hotel has a poolside bar/restaturant for lunch (of internationaland Greek cuisine) with reasonable prices, and also has a mini marketalso with very reasonable prices (this latter fact is very usefulbecause ther is no shops in the vicinity). The hotel has direct accessto the beach, which is just 100 meters away. The beach is a mixed sandyand pebble beach (surf shoes may come handy) but is very clean, long andwide, and is absolutely not overcrowded (parasols are always available,cost eur 4 between 9:00 and 18:00, but are free before after thatperiod). Although there is some wind, there are no big waives, so youcan allow your kids swim in the sea. The hotel provides car rentalservice and taxi trasfer service for good prices (eur 40 from and to theairport (each way), and the same price is charged for a subcompact carrental with full insurance, excluding gasoline). There is a traditionalGreek evening dance event once a week and a few-hour poolside musicevent also once a week, which are very good and do not cause anydisturbance.

Review 57：we had an amazing vacation in afandou bay resort. the suit was spacious and very clean, and the balconies gave us a wonderful view to the sea - it was just bliss to wake up in the morning to that view. the fact that its a small hotel gave us the peace and quiet we hoped for, and yet it did not compromise any of the other facilities. the food was amazing and very diverse, the staff was very helpful , and the bartender was friendly and welcoming! we would recommend it to anyone who is looking for peace and quiet with all the luxuries in a great location!

Review 58：My wife and I were staying at a week and enjoyed every minute of it, Beautiful and fancy hotel in a great location, the suites are equipped and tastefully decorated. Staff very pleasant and welcoming, the hotel manager - Christ was charming and made sure we did not miss anything. The bartender - Lefteris, gave us all the time feeling good and friendly. The dining room meticulously clean, Greek-style dining and more. Dining room manager - Aftimios, explained the dishes every night and tried to served I recommend the hotel warmly and fetch sure our vacation in Rhodes will select it.

Review 67：But we gave this hotel 8 due to: they have not SPA like separate facilities, they have only SPA service they offered massage and peeling right in the apartment. they have not GYM with weights and simulator, only small room for stretching. Other thing was that their pool is open for everybody, manager said this is normal for Greece but we are not sure.

If you are planning to stay for full relax sea, sun and pool it's right place, but if you are planning to look around you have to take a car. This hotel far from the big cities like Rhodos and Lindos 22 and 27 km respectively. 5 km from Faliraki.
