Hovolo Apartments is on Neo Klima’s coastal road, 300 feet from the beach. Built in the style of an amphitheater, the apartments feature a balcony or patio with sea or mountain views.
Every apartment at Hovolo is fully furnished in the local traditional style and includes a living room, a full kitchen and a porch. Air conditioning and TV are included.
Breakfast is served at the apartments’ lovely courtyard. Other hotel facilities include a bar and a lounge area with TV. Basketball, soccer and beach soccer are available at nearby public area.
The front desk can arrange car/motorbike rental, while there is a spacious parking area available free of charge. The scenic village of Neo Klima has a marina for sailboats, traditional taverns and super markets.

Review 1：The bathroom has to be renovated. The curtain sticks to you.

Review 7：Very poor breakfast, butter and yogourt should be served onto ice cubes not to melt from the heat, eggs (fried or boiled) and omelettes should be preserved warm. Only one type of bread, very low quality orange jus and coffee almost water. 102 stairs from the entrance till our room to do 2-3 times a day!!! This was exausting!!

Review 9：The price could have been a bit more reasonable, considering that the hotel is located quite far from the more touristic parts of the island. Windows and doors are rather old and fail to keep the noise out.

Review 10：Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly and polite staff. Wonderful view from the balcony makes up for the rather steep stairs to the top floors. The location is lovely though there are not many restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

Review 14：Unpleasant staff, control you when and what you're eating on breakfast (breakfast very poor). When we booked the price was 30 euro per night and when we're checking out it became 40. They didn't want to come to compromise. The beach nearby is bad. Hovolo beach is hard to visit with little children. The hotel in general is very old. The street is noisy and you cannot sleep untill 12am. don't go there

Review 16：Everything was excellent. The location and the hotel are very nice, near the Hovolo beach. The room is very large and refreshing. The facilities are also ok. The personal is very kind; they offered a boat trip and a personalized bottle of wine at the end of our vacation.

Review 20：The family who own the hotel are amazing and very friendly! They were very helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and everything was always clean. It was very quiet and the air smelled beautifully due to the pine trees surrounding Neo Klima. Word of warning - there are many bees and wasps on the island in general.

Review 26：Family run hotel by people who were willing to help you enjoy your holidays. Spacious rooms, well decorated, with kitchen equipment. Rooms were cleaned daily. Nice view from the balcony. Location was great, quiet and relaxing environment, just 5-10 minutes by car from the most famous beaches of the island and 25 minutes from the town of Skopelos (this could actually be a problem for someone who does not have a car or prefers to be always close to busy places). Free transportation to and from the port was offered (we did not use it, as we had a car).
