Review 1：It is old fashioned but good value for money
Review 2：I used Kavaki because I was travelling from new port.Kavaki is located within walking distance from new port and old port. There is a small beach nearby,a taverna and a supermarket. The owner is kind.
Review 3：Good Location between New Port and City , both about 10 Min walk.Bus Station near the Hotel. Mother and daughter very helpful , they take care for all needs.
Review 4：Hotel is very close to eveywhere, the port and the center is very close and it has bus stop in front of it. lady in the reception is very helpful and friendly. She showed and marked from the map the places that we can go or eat in one day when we checked in.
Review 5：We just stayed 1 nigth before our fligth it we couldn't sleep because of very noisy discussions out of our chamber. Some guests didn't respect the others and its close location to the road (cars, bikes and ATVs all nigth...) didn't help.

Review 7：The staff, the owner I believe, was SOOOO nice and sweet. She made us feel right at home. We checked in very late right when she was about to go to sleep but she stayed up for us and checked us in and made sure we were all settled.

Review 9：The owners went above and beyond to acclimate me to Mykonos when I first arrived. They were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.
Review 10：It is right next to the main road that leads to the new harbour, so expect noise from traffic at night. It was no major nuisance to me though. At 90€-100€ / night overpriced as most accomodations in Mykonos.
Review 11：Helpful and friendly staff. Room simple but very clean and comfortable. Located in Tourlos, close to Mykonos city: it's an easy walk, but mind that the road is narrow and poorly lit at night.

Review 13：Amazing host! Our flight was delayed but she was super friendly even when we arrived near midnight. She also went out of her way to help us with bus / activity advice. Also she saw us walking to port with our luggage and jumped in her car to pick us up! Extremely clean rooms and great bathroom. Highly recommend staying here.
Review 14：A/C was a bit noisy at times, nothing major though. Toilet was private nevertheless outside the room (it was communicated clearly during booking), for that price I would expect one in the room.

Review 17：When we visited Mykonos the weather wasn't too crash hot so having a comfortable hotel with great wifi and a lovely owner really helped make the experience. The staff were very helpful with tips and advice for the island, fantastic quiet place to stay. It is about a 15 min walk to the town centre along the main road, or there are frequent buses heading in from the bus stop right out the front. Thanks again for a great stay!
Review 18：Things were better than I expected. Just wouldn't take this hotel for any other reason than its location to the ferries.
Review 19：The hotel is a good location since you can walk to it in about 10 minutes from the New Port then once there it is another 10 minute walk to town. Staff was nice, WiFi worked, And the room was clean. For the price it was excellent.

We were picked up at the airport by the owner, who was a kind and attentive woman who has been running this hotel for 40 years! Our rooms were clean and there were fresh towels daily in the cleaning service. We enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome. We would definitely come again and recommend to anyone visiting Mykonos! Amazing value!
Review 24：The room is very old, with a door very thin and not security. The night was terribol the hotel and near very noisy and loud. Before to flight in mykonos I write at the hotel but when I arrived I waited the staff for more than 20min. I think that is better spend more 50€ but select a different hotel

Review 26：From the Staff to the warming welcoming, to the price and localization. We didn't miss anything from Mykonos. The rooms were always clean and after a week we felt at home and didn't want to leave. It was my sister and I, but I can tell you that the other people we met there were also very happy.
Review 27：They shouldn't say they offer free transfers to and from port/airport - when 1. they really only mean free transfers TO the hotel, and 2. also - we asked for one and they said they were booked already. It's not a far walk from either the old or new port, however - the signage is poor making it hard to locate - it's by a busy intersection, and you should look for a sign that says Alex hotel
Review 28：The family staff were welcoming, and helped with all our needs. They helped us call for a scooter rental, and were helpful with recommendations and directions. Not a far walk from Mykonos Town - though you have to be careful and willing to walk about 10 -15 minutes (we're new yorkers and used to it)
Review 29：Staff and owners were very unfriendly and arrogant!!!! You can't rely on their help. They were not in the property past 6pm. Don't be surprised, when they won't give you transfer even if you ask for it well in advance (despite being on their ad). Upon arrival first thing you notice is strong odour from toilets - you can smell it from the reception to your bedroom. Nothing kills it, even cleaner's visit. We got dirty towels with stains few times. No facilities to dry your swimwear or hang your towels were provided. Rooms were not prepared for their noisy location - windows were not noise-proof and we couldn't sleep at all. We were interrupted by the owner in the middle of a night because the installation switch from solar to electric was in our room. Heights of our rooms were below the standard and despite having this in offer we didn't have a terrace. Fridges from both rooms worked very loudly and you could hear water installation 24/7. No basic kitchen supplies were provided (no mugs, forget a kettle).

Review 36：The fact that is reported that there is wifi in everywhere in the rooms, what is not true! If you need internet connexion you have to go to the reception where even there the connexion is very very poor and I was in truble cause I needed connexion in the room for my work. They tried to compencete it with kindness but it doesn't pay the work lost and the 300 euros for 4 days payed. Wifi is a basic service if don't have it don't make people pay for it or just tell the truth.
