Review 1：You are not allowed to eat snacks or have a cold drink by the pool unless you've bought it in their shop. They charge you to use their beach sun loungers even though you are their guest.
Review 2：The location is perfect, the beds are very comfortable & the room is cleaned & towels are changed everyday apart from Sunday.

Review 5：Very nice hotel close to the beach and not in the relatively noisy center of Tigaki, still very close with a lot of restaurants around. The staff is very relaxed and doing their utmost to comfort you. highly recommended!
Review 6：The location is perfect, probably less than a minute walk to the beach, which is sandy and completely amazing. A 5 - 10 min walk to the centre of Tigaki. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our studio was cleaned spotlessly everyday. Great sound isolation from the outside. Brilliant!

Review 10：Hotel is situated across the road from an excellent sandy beach. Restaurants, taverns and bars are a very short walk away. Everyone at the hotel and in the resort were extremely friendly. Lovely views of neighbouring islands and the Turkish coastline.

Review 16：The location of this property is excellent. It is situated literally over the road from a beautiful beach with sunbeds with cushions and pillows. The staff from the hotel will come and serve food and drinks throughout the day and until the evening if you want - I loved watching the sunset with mojito in hand. The apartments are spotlessly clean and are air conditioned if you need it. Good showers and plenty of clean towels. Swimming pool and snack bar area also excellent and all within walking distance of the main resport. Supermarket right next door and nearest tavena is within 200m but there are plenty to choose from within a slow ten minute walk (and I don't like walking!). The staff - especially George -were friendly and helpful. Thanks George for chasing up my lost luggage with the airport staff and calming me down whilst I anxiously waited for it to arrive. Really kind of you.
Review 17：We loved the location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food very good (the Special Hamburger is the best I've tasted) and excellent value for money. The perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday.
Review 18：The room that we booked was for four senior female adults. From the booking we were supposed to have a family room which was meant to consist of two single beds in one room and a single bed and sofa bed in another.(which would have been fine). However, the room had one double bed and bunk beds. The room was not really practical for adults only children. At night the bar/lounge area was quite noisy as there were two TV's which made it almost impossible to have a conversation. The rooms at the side of the hotel overlook derelict land.

Review 28：Location is great. Just behind the famous Tigaki beach. Pool and pool side is very good. Very calm atmosphere. Family hotel; Bianca from Holland and her Greek husband make you feel like you are at home. Mainly Dutch, British and German tourists were there. Not much Turkish or Greek; just few of us. They have international clientele which make you feel you have a holiday in the middle of Europe. Hotel is very close to Tigaki city centre - walking distance. For families; I advise their family rooms. From Kos Town, it takes 10 minutes by taxi and it costs 16 Euros. I plan to go there soon again.

Review 51：Fantastic location on great, clear watered beach. Super friendly staff. We had a family apartment with two bedrooms and a small kitchen, inkluding fridge. Clean and spacious. Quiet in the evenings. Simple roomes, but absolutely great value for money!

We stayed at Akti Dimis several years running up until about four years ago and were worried that it may have changed . . . . it hasn't - it's still fantastic and it was like coming home.

Review 61：The internet of the hotel doesn´t work as well as it should be. We had problems to get intternet at our room. We book an studio and didn´t have a Tv and although we ask for one, they didn´t facilitate one. The rooms are basic, if you are not looking for more, it´s ok.
