Review 1：Not possible to have a quiet drink on both occasions that we have stayed here, a disco was on in the restaurant / bar area and was carried out at an unnecessarily loud volume. Although there is a quiet lounge this is a converted store room and does not have a very good atmosphere.

Review 3：The hotel and its review was over rated, the staff were very friendly upon my arrival and that's were it ended! for the rest of my stay the staff were totally consumed with xmas parties and gave their other guests no attention at all.The restaurant was closed to us, the staff had no idea how to make a cocktail despite the fact they advertise a lovely cocktail bar. The only room available to us was a so called the library, which was depressing with no atmosphere, my husband said it was like the day room in an old folks home.Very disappointed over all but an excellent location. I may give them another try at another time!

Review 4：The location. The room was very clean and it had everything I needed but it was a little small.

Review 5：Decent place to spend the night in a depressing city. Difficult to find a better place anyway in Luton. Room was clean, nothing to say. Staff was helpful to obtain an early check in at no extra charge and the rate was affordable.

Review 8：I requested a quiet room when booking in advance but was put in a room facing the main road. I had to complain in order to be moved. Lady in therapy room is unreliable for appointments, she never turned up for my appointment. Food was very low quality and expensive.

Review 15：I had a problem with the swipe card for the room - a young staff member (male) came to assist and told me "you haven't got the knack of this" when I was unable to follow his demonstration of using the card. He then said "Enjoy your stay if you manage to get into your room" - I was less than amused.

Review 16：It was easy to find and ideally located to access the town centre. Room was clean, well appointed and comfortable.

Review 17：Our room was on the first floor right above the function area which was very loud. It would have been impossible to sleep. There were functions on both the Friday and Saturday night lasting til midnight. Although we were moved we could still hear the music and partying on the third floor

Review 19：Tried to check in early but told to come back in the hour and it should be ready. It wasn't ready for another hour despite what we was told. Between 2-4am there was people arguing and threatening each other across the corridor. Reasons I don't know but then they started to bang on our door for 5 minutes so we managed 4 hours sleep. We could hear conversations in other rooms (we're in room 108) in the early hours of the morning and when we got up. Checked out and wasn't even asked about our stay so we just left. We wouldn't stay there again unfortunately.

Review 20：Comfortable large double bed and sufficient facilities.

Review 21：Breakfast was served as a buffet, bacon was hard with little taste. I felt that the buffet may have been standing for a while so did not feel as though it was freshly prepared apart from the eggs. Coffee was not warm either.

Staff in restaurant got our order wrong 3 times (wrong order first time, Then food was undercooked) and this resulted in one meal being delivered after everyone else had eaten. Staff then expected us to pay for their error, despite us clearly stating that a specific food could not be eaten due to medical reasons. Had to call manager who then gave us the very late meal free. Annoying.

Review 27：Rooms were lovely and the communal areas were attractive and comfortable. Staff were mostly helpful and the spa staff were accommodating.

Review 28：Add says free parking on booking! I book it. I paid £4 to park on street as car-park is postage stamp sized!! IU could have got up at 0600 to move on by 08.00 & drive around till 09.30 till my appointment in the centre was due!!

Review 30：I was informed that my room wasn't ready and that I would have a 30 minute wait for the room I had booked to be prepared. However before I checked in I was behind a large party of air stewardess' and I overheard the girl saying how "let's get you all some rooms that are ready now". The fact there was rooms available in the hotel that I could have checked in immediately, had I been afforded the same hospitality as their obviously frequent business from Luton airport annoyed me no end. Once checked in however it was not worth the 80 pound paid for the room. The toilet seat was broken. There was no body wash in the room and only half a roll of toilet roll. For the look they are striving for it needs some serious work.

The cleaning staff were also very thorough, I would definetely recommend this hotel for a stay as its lovely and quiet and the longe and bar area are wonderful. Breakfast is served from 04:30 which is another bonus.

Review 42：Car park was full on arrival, but empty by early morning. Think people should be offered better parking facility for busy periods. As with every other Hotel in the UK, not enough milk portions in room (just a personal gripe that one) .

Review 43：Oh dear, I didn`t get a name but I`m sure he won`t mind a description. Early 40s, very short hair/bald head. Looked after the breakfast sitting really well. Good, friendly chat, most amusing. Room, heating,breakfast food, curtains,towels, little things, but they matter.Stayed at Premeir Inn night before, Not much cheaper, but nowhere near as good.

Review 47：The 1st thing I noticed was how lovely, polite and friendly the staff were. Mazena and vicky were 2 of the ladies who attended to me. Lovely smiles, it was so nice to be greeted and treated properly. Mazena in particular had exceptional customer service skills. From when we arrived to when we left she just wore a smile and was extremly helpful. The room was lovely, clean and cosy. We had a fantastic time.

Review 65：We stayed for one night prior to going on holiday as it is well situated for Luton airport. We didn't expect too much as we didn't pay a lot but it was lovely. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well laid out with nice decor. We arrived late at night and the staff were very helpful and even took our bags to the room. We had a drink at the bar and watched the World Cup in the tv lounge followed by a good nights sleep.
