Apartments Amabilis is located in the small coastal town of Selce, in the suburbs of Crikvenica. Apartments are located between 70 and 500 feet from the beach and offer air-conditioning.

Review 1：The walls were very thin,and we heard all of our neighbours activities.....they were rolling the chairs in the middle of the night and speaking very loud in the balcony.... :(
Review 2：Stairway door is missing in the new house. No pictures in the wall, we have found some screw in the wall. Terrace door handle is broken and missing, and no dish-rack in the apartment. Quiet new apartment with lots of problem!

Review 4：Unfortunately, the apartment is rather ill equipped. Here some things that are missing(1) No internet access(2) No hairdryer(3) No bedside lamps(4) No decorative items (pictures, ...)(5) Nothing to put the dishes after washing(6) No towels to try the dishes(7) The stove was half gas and half electric - the gas fired plates did not work(8) A handle of a terasse window was broken/missing(9) The bathrooms could not be locked because the locks refused to turnAdditional to the problems mentioned above, the staff of the hotel was quite rude and not willing to help out with any of the above. Here is a list of incidents(1) On the second day, my wife went to the reception in the hotel to inquire whether it is possible to turn on the gas for the gas stove. The person at the reception replied that there is nobody to handle these kinds of things and she should come back the next day. A request to note down the problem and tell it to the responsible person on the next day was refused. My wife pointed out that this should be possible and got a quite rude answer ('Why do you complain? You only pay € 150 a night.' - we actually paid 200). My wife was quite baffled and asked to talk to the manager, the guy refused to call the manager and also refused to tell my wife his name ('Who are you, the police?').(2) On the next day in the morning I went to the reception and met another person. I requested that the gas be turned on, a second pair of keys (we only got one set for 5 people), and a hairdryer. She was friendly and tried calling somebody to get me the things. Unfortunately, she could not reach the responsible person but assured me that my requests will be taken care of. This never happened.(3) Since my wife wanted to wash her hair, she went again to the reception to ask for a hairdryer and met the unfriendly guy again. He told her that the hotel did not have any more hairdryers and that we would not get one.
Review 5：The apartment looked nice, had stylish furnishing, spacious rooms, two bathrooms, and was in principle also otherwise fit for a four star accommodation.
Review 6：- no washing machine, iron, kettle, dishwasher - apartment guests do not have access to the private beach - during our 7 day stay, the apartment was only cleaned once - hotel manager is rude and unapprochable

Review 16：The rooms were very dirty. Lamps were broken in the hall. And smalllamps in the sleeping room were missing lampshades, which make themdangerous for the kid. Mop in the bathroom was wet and rotten and thatawful smell went through the whole apartment. WiFi didn't work. Theworst and the most arrogant Reception boss we've ever seen - notsmiling, not explaining anything, answering the questions like we oweher something.The worst experience we had when we've tried to go to the hotel beach (which is shown on the pictures attached to the Apartments Amablis discription). We assumed that we can go there, as we are from Apartments from the same hotel, we've seen it on the pictures when we booked it, and also that was the only beach with umbrellas and we have a little child that needs to be in shade. The moment we've put our stuff on the beach and got comfortable, the person from security came and said that we are not allowed to be there. When we asked "why?" he said that it's the private beach only for the Hotel guests and Apartments guests needs to be on the other beach - the public one. And this is despite the fact that in Croatia there is NO PRIVATE BEACHES! It's against the Croatian law! He said that he is sorry and he is just executing the order. We packed our belongings back, got dressed, put a kid on a trolly and started to walk away from that beach escorted by the security person. Then another security guy (his boss) said that he'll try to help us. We both went to reception and then the reception lady (not the boss, but the second one) said, that her boss told us not to use that beach and that we've violated their rule. The security guy told to the reception lady that we have a small kid and maybe we can use the beach (which was totally empty except for one couple being there) and then reception lady said "ok" (thank you to that nice guy!).
Review 17：Good location - in the heart of Selce.Great food in the Hotel Amabilis - both breakfast (just for 100 Kn/12Eurio per person with) and dinner a-la carte! Great waitresses stuff!
