Review 1：We arrived in the early hours after a delayed flight from Gran Canaria. Everything was perfectly arranged for our arrival. We slept, showered had an excellent breakfast continued with our onward journey. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely book again during our next visit to the UK.

Review 2：It was not a bad experience at all. Just a matter of detail-the online photos showed a lounge, which we thought was for guests but was in fact private. We did have the use whilst waiting for our airport taxi (very kindly arranged by the guest house owner)

Review 4：I tried calling six times in the early evening to inform of my plane's delay and no one answered. This caused a great deal of anxiety that I'd be left on the street in the middle of the night. When someone finally did answer he was very unfriendly and hostile.

Review 10：We had a lovely stay at Fernbank, David the owner was very welcoming when we arrived even though we were early. Room was lovely, very comfy bed, beautiful bathroom. Ideal location, five minutes walk to all shops etc. Would definitely book again.

Review 11：Loved the fact that although there was a very bright street light outside the room, once the curtains were drawn at bedtime no light came in. The bed was comfy and the shower was lovely as was breakfast.

Review 15：The room was a bit cramped and noisy from the main road outside. The cable TV kept freezing up usually at the most exciting part of the programme being watched. The wifi was also a bit unreliable.

Review 20：We arrived just before 4 o'clock and were greeted by a lovely host who showed us to our deluxe room, this room was furnished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast choices were vast also with cereals, cakes, fruit, fresh juices and muesli. We opted for the full cooked! Cooked to perfection and presented lovely with not alot of grease.

Review 32：Excellent choice as a base close to Prestwick Airport. We actually walked to the airport to pick up our hired car the following morning after arriving on a 1am night flight. A taxi to the B&B cost £5 at night. That way we saved on one full day cost of car-hire. Bedroom was pretty, clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good.

Review 33：We were awakened by noise from above very early in the morning, around 5am. It went on for about an hour on our first nights stay.

Owners couldn't have been more welcoming, cleanliness, decor and facilities were first class. Would not hesitate to recommend Fernbank to friends.
