Review 1：Our stay is always brief - just overnight before a flight - but we still get a feeling of welcome and good service. We leave our car parked at Trumbles and they take and fetch us to and from Gatwick. We always go to the local pub (The Half Moon) for an evening meal which is consistently good

Review 6：This pretty B and B is comfortable and bright (especially the delightful breakfast room, overlooking the beautifully maintained English country garden). Julia, the hostess, is unfailingly bright and helpful and nothing was a trouble. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

The wi-fi wasn't working on the first day; Julia rang about BT, and it was fixed the next day. Very reasonable rates. Great food at pub in village within 10 minutes' walk.
Review 30：Because we had asked for a room on the ground floor there may have been a mix up on the booking. We felt that the room was not going to be used so we thought that the heating had not been turned on early enough, this meant the room was rather cold, not helped by a cold snap in the weather. We would definately use the hotel again regardless of this.

Review 34：A delightful country cottage atmosphere in a rural setting but close to Gatwick. We most appreciated being picked up from the airport and back to it. A real homey feeling - the rooms are all decorated beautifully so you don't feel like you're in a hotel. Even face cloths were provided which we really liked.

Including one transfer in the cost saved on a taxi and David arrived very promptly to pick us up. There is a good pub within easy walking distance for dinner and the food is very good.
