Villa Kate and Villa Zore are set in 2 different locations, in a quiet area of Dubrovnik. Most apartments overlook the Adriatic Sea and offer air conditioned accommodations with balconies.
Each apartment and studio is individually furnished and has a private bathroom with a hairdryer. A TV and a sitting area are provided as well. A garden can be found at Villa Zore.
Free amenities include private parking on site, Wi-Fi, towels and linens.
Both villas are 1,000 feet from the beach. Villa Kate is a 20-minute walk and Villa Zore is a 40-minute walk from the Old Town.

Review 2：Kate is fantastic. Very warm welcome. Told a lot about the city and direct neighborhood of the apartment. Felt at home right away. Great apartment and great view over the sea.
Review 3：The walk into the old town was about half an hour which wasn't too bad but slightly long. It's worth it for the stunning views at the apartment though.
Review 4：The owner Kate and her husband were brilliant, so friendly and helpful and the apartment had stunning views and everything you would need. There is also a supermarket and some lovely restaurants nearby.
Review 5：Amazing hosts, quiet and peaceful area, near the old city and a fantastic pebbles beach, amazing view. The owners, Mario and Kate, let us feel really welcome and at home. The room me and my girlfriend stayed in was very clean and it had a private bathroom. Perfect for a couple! I highly recommend this apartment and if we would ever go back to Dubrovnik, we would go back to Kate's Place for sure!
Review 6：Kate and Mario were lovely to us, and we got all the necessary information, glad to meet friendly people. The apartment is located about 20 minutes from the old town, the area is super quiet, and the views are spectacular. There was a problem with the wifi, but it was temporary, and Kate made every effort to solve it and give us another connection. I would definitely repeat.
Review 7：Altough it's not really far from the old town, you have to take a taxi to come back since the heat can be unbeareable, which cost around 11 € The area is not estetically appealling, though very quiet Not many ammenities nearby. Only a tiny supermarket

Review 12：Kate and Mario were fantastic. They helped us to settle in with cold beer and wine and advised on local swimming place and restaurant as well assisted us with our laundry. The view is to die for with the deep blue Adriatic stretched out in front of you. Place is nice and quiet. We had a bit of trouble locating Kates place but other than that all good.
Review 13：We came back to Kate`s place for the second time. The flat is nice and the view is absolutely fantastic. The owners are lovely, and very helpful. It is a peaceful area, only 20 min walk away from the old town. Kate`s place is in our hearts.

Kate and Mario helped us find great restaurants and helped us book great boat trips. Next time we visit Dubrovnik, we'll give Kate and Mario a call....

Review 24：Kate and her partner Mario were very friendly offering drinks when we arrived and coffee/tea in the morning. Kate recommended a local pizza/pasta restaurant, we had pizzas which were very good. Very clean and comfortable.

Review 27：Calling the apartments fit for 4 people is a stretch. It is TINY and balconies are exaggerated on the pictures.. Although it showed double beds both couples were give twin bed main rooms. Price too high for size and lack of amenities. Check out at 10am is ridiculous. .

Review 55：Our only suggestion is that if you book two apartments (friends/family traveling together) make sure you find out in advance if they are in the same building. Also, they add a city tax in addition to the fee you see at booking.com. I don't recall getting a receipt for the cash kuna we paid for rent.
Review 56：Kate was very sweet. She manages several properties in the area. Kate takes the time to explain the city area and give you a map. Mario can get you a cab in minutes to get you downtown. The view from the patio was fabulous. Kate can recommend nice restaurants in the area. It was a quiet and safe location just minutes by cab from all of the tourist areas. Parking is free. Kate gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home.

Review 61：At first we were sceptical because we couldn't find the place right away and the room we booked was quite small. However, we found Kate's place to be the perfect spot for us! It's an easy 20 minute walk from the old town and away from all the overcrowded places. Perfect for travellers who come by car! The small room is a great choice for short stays when all you need is a comfortable bed and a shower.the room was perfectly clean and the hosts extremely welcoming and friendly.

Review 70：Police near the old city picking on tourist. This has absolutely nothing to do with Kate Apartments. In fact after 2 run ins with the local gendarmes Kate ave me two pieces of her homemade apple cake to make up for the police bad attitude. It worked!! I will go back to skates for sure.
Review 71：Little hard to find as our GPS sent us around and about but once you get there it is a terrific location and a very convenient place to park your car and walk down to the Walled City of Dubrovnik. Don't even think about parking near the old town. Really expensive and hard to find - not to mention police all about icing tourist 300 kuna parking tickets. The view is sublime. The facilities equal to the view. But I saved the best for last. The owner Kate makes it all worthwhile.

Review 76：Great choice for a stay in Dubrovnik! The host – Kate as mentioned in other reviews is very welcoming and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for places to visit, which were spot on. Our apartment had a terrace and was well fitted with everything you can think of including a dishwasher , iron, cutleries, tv, wi-fi connection etc. The walk to the old town is pleasant.
Review 77：We loved Kate and her husband Mario. They were so nice, friendly and wanted to do everything for us! The view is amazing from the appartments 1 and 2... right above the ocean! They are nicely decorated, clean and quiet. It is close to one of the (stone)beaches and you can walk (al the way down) to the old city of Dubrovnik in less than 20 min. Back home to the appartment we took a cab and that only costed 7 euro. When we come back, we will most certainly stay at Kate's place!
Review 78：We had twin beds which were very comfy but a bit short for my husband who is 5' 10". I slept like a rock but not him. If you are tall it could be a problem, but short people like me have no worries.

We arrived a bit early & Kate was out but Mario invited us in for a glass if wine & explained where all the necessities were - grocery store, bakery & of course the old part of Dubrovnik. Review 87：the aparment (Mario, studio for up to 4 people) is not good value for money, it does not sleep four people comfortably, the local beach is not a beach but climb down the rocks on which you cannot sit comfortably. There is no private parking, its parking in the street (which is a dead end street so it gets busy but not overly so for Dubrovnik standards)

Review 102：We stayed at Kate's place for one week and enjoyed every minute of it. The studio was very clean and comfortable, it has everything one might need on vacation. Also the terrace is rather big and has a beautiful view to the sea. The location is great - there are a couple of shops in 5-10 min walk, and a nice beach at 5 minutes distance. It's overall very peaceful and quiet, but at the same time it only takes 20 minutes to get to the old town. The hosts, Kate and Mario, are interesting, funny and open-minded and a pleasure to talk with. They really make sure that their guests have a perfect vacation.
