Review 1：- Not a place to stay with a baby for a beach holiday as the beaches around are not very "baby friendly". - people "booking" their sun beds from 6AM and show up at 10AM and the hotel doesn't seem to do anything about it. - the employees seemed to be stressed and understaffed with maybe too any people to serve per employee

Review 3：Access to food and beverage (coffee / bar area) could be more convenient ... not particularly well-advertised and we felt like we were "disrupting" staff (from other duties) when we went to have breakfast or have a cup of coffee at the bar area.

Review 4：Front-desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was basic but comfortable, best feature was balcony with beautiful view of the sea. Location is convenient, a short (10-minute) walk along waterfront to Selce town center.

Review 10：Beds were not the best. Breakfast was mediocre. Our room was ocean front but the top floor view can only be seen while standing. If you sit down, the balcony wall keeps you from seeing the beautiful view.

Review 12：There were renovations ongoing which although they didn't disturb us, should have been mentioned on the website. Also, at this time of year (February) there is not one restaurant serving food in Selce.

Review 16：There is something like youth camp close to the hotel. It could be very noisy all the time if you open the room window. Breakfast is boring for long stay because it is the same everyday with boiled egg, scamble egg, 2 kinds of sausages, bacon, conflake, jogurt, cheese, salami, ham, 2 kinds of sweet cake/pie (they change the sweet everyday though) There are long-staying people reserving the breakast tables with the good view everyday even if they are coming down late. I never got a chance to get seats with good view because I come early for breakfast.

Review 17：It's not close to city beach. The beach close to the hotel got less people. The dinner costs 90Kuna for buffet with 4 kinds of meat (including 1 seafood) + 4 kinds of side dish, salad, cakes, pudding. This is not that expensive but the choices are a bit small. The staff at reception is friendly.

Review 18：THe drinks at Breakfast were appalling. Cold drinks from a machine, no fresh Orange Juice. Hot water was tepid for tea & coffee. STaff seemed reluctant to deal with the issue

Review 22：- hotel is presented as non-smoking, but most of guests smoked on their balconies - on windy days, the room is draughty like old castle - breakfast buffet only average - aloof staff, especially at front desk (no information at arrival, no smile, no small talk) - our key card was blocked half an hour before check-out time

Review 23：- good location between Selce and Crikvenica - sufficiency of parking lots - hotel is very clean with modern furnishings - big and soft beds - our room had awesome view on the sea and spacious balcony.

Review 24：The gym is a joke! Dangerously worn out equipment and some of the machines doesn't work at all. And it seems like it has never been cleaned. It is not allowed to open the doors from the (indoor-) pool to the patio and the sun. Weird. Only one restaurant, and it serves only buffe. WiFi in lobby and restaurant but doesn't cover the room floors so we had to use a cable.

Review 25：Most of the staff was very friendly and sevice minded. We had a room with beautiful wiev over the sea and Krk. A clean and pretty modern hotel on the best spot in Selce. Awesome wiev from the restaurant.
