Review 7：Very good and welcoming staff, the heart of any hotel business. The Hotel is comfortable very nicely decorated and furnished. My room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. Free wi-fi, and a small bar in the lounge. Real plus for accomodation in Lowestoft and area. Breakfast was very good, with more friendly and postive staff. Well Done. Certainly book again next time I am that way.
Review 8：I was disappointed the bar closed at 10 pm because as the barman explained he had to be up early to do the breakfast in the morning.
Review 9：This Hotel has just recently been refurbished to a good standard and was very clean. Excellent Breakfast bought fresh from the kitchen. Very tasty.
Review 10：Everything. We love the hotel décor, especially the clocks, but also the silver chair in reception and the carpets. The breakfast was awesome too and your waitress so polite and efficient. The King Room was on the first floor with views across the road to the sea. The two huge armchairs in the bay window were so comfortable and decadent. Forgot our shaver adapter so had to wet shave but it was not a problem. The staff were friendly and quietly efficient and made us feel very welcome and at ease. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Review 15：Not much at all. We had a bit of a wait for breakfast on one day when the hotel was completely full for the first time since opening, but we were on holiday so it didn't really bother us as the staff were still very attentive.
Review 16：The owners and staff are fantastic, felt more like staying with friends than being at a hotel. We had a great friendly welcome and they couldn't do enough for you. Things that I would have done myself, they insisted on doing for us, like carrying an ice bucket to our room for our Champagne. Hotel has just opened after extensive refurbishment and the standard and taste that has been applied is great. Great position right on the sea front. We had a sea view room which was really good and very spacious. Have been in loads of top end hotels where the rooms are half the size. We are glad we chose the Clyffe Hotel.
Review 17：The location couldn't be better for the beach. Lovely stay in a freshly renovated building like staying at a large hotel chain but on a smaller scale in a good way. Lift access to each floor was a bonus.
