Review 1：Hosts were very average and amateurish in dealing with customers,and smell of people smoking in a none smoking environment was offputting

Review 3：When we stepped into the property there is a very strong smell of smoke and this is all over the house. After we had been shown to our room we opened the window and hoped it would be better when we returned in the evening, but we were wrong and though the window was open the smoke smell worsened and made us feel ill

Review 5：The previous guests smoked in the room. The towels smelled of smoke and I am a smoker. Decor very dated, shower minimal, had to pay cash, got a receipt after many excuses, too far out, no lounge to sit in, breakfast was basic. i was the only one booked in. I was told I had a room with my own entrance, when I got there I was upgraded to a superior room for the same price. The superior room was no more than a room. I left a day early, just couldnt bear it anymore (and booked into Devon Court. £49 per night, swimming pool,lovely patio, bar and restaurant). WiFi slow and is turned off at night??

Review 7：Owner very fussy - looking under car for oil leakages once we arrived! Cones blocking the driveway. Many "don't do this" notices in the room.
