Review 1：Spa area unusable - full of children all the time, despite policy and signage stating that no under 16s were allowed. Sadly, this is not the first CGH spa property which has had this problem.

Review 2：Rooms as advertised - although beds a bit uncomfortable and tiny kitchen prep area despite lovely huge dining area. Great proximity to ski lifts.

Review 3：Minor criticisms would be: pool access was only until 8pm and the living space was a little tight.

Review 4：Wonderful ski location, convenient ski lockers and charming decor. We would return happily.

Review 5：We ordered a double, but got a twin. The pillows were lumpy , the balcony faced the mountain so had no views and there were a lot of steps between reception and the apartment! Pool and sauna always full of kids, Oh and reception is shut for half the day around 'lunch'. all these are trivial complaints for what was a really great place!

Review 6：Very comfortable, excellent boulangerie service, fantastic apartment, good bike storage and very close to the ski lifts. Vallandry was a great location, being quieter than some around les Arcs but having all the facilities. So much better than what we are used to in the French Alps

Review 7：Terrible beds. The "sofa bed" is not a sofa bed - it's one bed with retractable element from the bottom - very uncomfortable :( The beds in the sleeping room are separate and small even for 176cm person. Second thing is Wifi which is poor and you have to log in every time you want to use it...

Review 8：Good kitchen facilities, everything you need. Excelent skiroom location, nice apartment, quite clean and useful, but I would not give full 4 stars for it. However, the costs are adequate to quality. Pictures are better then the reality :)

Review 9：Rooms were smaller than expected. In retrospect, we noticed all the pictures were close-ups, so you couldn't see how small the rooms actually were. The concierge was rude and unhelpful. The WiFi was horribly slow, so don't expect to get any work done.

Review 10：Great location with quick access to lifts. Pool and spa where larger than expected. Staff stayed up late to check us in at 3am. Rooms were basic, but clean.

Review 18：Our apartment was quite dirty and the baby equipment (cot and high chair) were in a poor state. Also, while the pool facilities are great, the pool temperature was way too cool.

Review 19：Vallandry is a great location for a base for les Arcs and Orée Des Cimes is a great location within Vallandry, a few steps from the Grizzly lift. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which was adequately sized for our family of four (but I wouldn't have wanted to have put six people in it) and the kitchen was equipped and set-up well, which is important for us as we like to cook.

Review 20：located up a steep hill - easy to ski to but not so easy to walk to from the village - esp with young children and armfuls of ski clobber in ski boots....
