A 9-minute drive from Lowestoft, The Fisher is a short walk from Pakefield beach and offers full English breakfasts, free parking and WiFi. Seasonal restaurant menus make use of fish and farm produce from the Suffolk area.
Each room has a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, desk and tea and coffee facilities. All have an en suite shower or bath with hairdryer and toiletries.
Full English breakfast is served each morning, along with other cooked options including omelettes and scrambled eggs. There is also porridge, fruit, toast and tea.

Review 1：I wasn't too impressed that I had asked for one slice of toast and the person serving seemed to mock me and told me he would give me 5 pieces of toast (total waste because I only wanted one). I felt like he was saying 'I don't care what you want, you will get what I decide to give you'. There was no fridge in the room. I asked for an executive double and my parents had a standard double next to me. The rooms seemed identical to me. I wondered what 'executive' meant?

Review 2：The room was very nice and had plenty of space. The car park was very convenient to the hotel and I was impressed that I asked for the ground floor and was given the ground floor. The breakfast was fairly decent and arrived in good time. I liked that my parents who booked at a different time to me were given the room next to me. I also liked how the rooms were outside of the hotel, it's good it wasn't raining on our trip to the hotel restaurant which was situated in the main hotel a short walk way.

Review 3：Breakfast was mostly good, but I really do wish people wouldn't put Mushrooms in the deep fat fryer! Road noise was noticeable in the room, but not very busy so not an issue, but if you like to have the window open you will hear it.

Review 5：room 6 , there is an air conditioning unit attached to the exterior wall of our room , whilst trying to sleep this resonating noise vibrating on the wall unfortunately spoiled our nights stay , the room is too cramped for all the furniture and you can not get round the bed without stubbing your toes or shins ,, ( bruises to prove ) noise was mention to the owner but didnt seem too worried :(

Review 20：Bed only has one pillow each so we had to resort to using cushions off the bed under the pillows. (I know we could probably have rung reception for more but by the time you are climbing into bed you don't really want the hassle) Checked wardrobe where spare pillows usually located and none there. No shower cap offered but two disposable shoe shine pads! The room we were in was terribly noisy in the morning when people got up to shower the water running through the pipes and refilling a tank ( I assume) was really loud and went on for ages (over half an hour). Unfortunately although the shower looked lovely the water flow was a bit pathetic. Food was delicious but the potatoes were missing and then replaced with what I can only describe as someones leftovers reheated in oil! The wine glass had lipstick marks on. Glad we only booked a single night.

Review 29：We loved the outside rooms for the dog owners. The proximity to the dog friendly beach. The food was really good, we had an evening meal and the cooked breakfast. We were very impressed. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable.

Review 30：It is not meant as a criticism but for my own circumstances I like a handle of some sort to hang on to in the shower. Also the light switch being out side the bathroom you cannot access the bathroom and put the light on without the door being open and so flooding the bedroom with light and disturbing your sleeping partner? Small details which would not put us off in the future.
