Review 1：The beds were quite small; in general the house felt a bit cramped as we both are tall. The mattresses were not good. Some things that I had expected were not there, like any type of coffee maker or gel/soap in the showers.

Review 2：The location was great for exploring the island, it was nice to have a whole house with parking space, wifi was good. The live gas fires were great and made the house feel homely.

Review 3：The mattresses on the beds were not comfortable as you could feel the springs coming through. There was no iPod doc as advertised. There was no BBQ as advertised. Much of the garden furniture was broken or in need of attention. All 4 wheelie bins were overflowing when we arrived. The garden wasn't today and had bags of garden waste sitting in it. Many of the internal light bulbs didn't work. Some of the garden lighting didn't work.

Review 4：Plenty of room to move about within the property and garden. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil you could want. The property is ideally situated for an easy and short walk into Stornoway town centre.

Review 5：Before we even arrived the service was excellent. Ann, responded to our queries promptly. When we arrived we were met by Ann's husband George who showed us round Stornoway Town and the Castle grounds. So unexpected but very much appreciated. We were also told about the Peter May trilogy of books based on the island. Everything was as described on the website. There was plenty of room. This was a perfect option for us as we don't drive so food and restaurants were handy Would definitely recommend.
