Review 7：The towel material dressing gown, the bathroom decoration, the shower, the comfortable bed, decor in bedroom, dining room and rest of house, the owners were very helpful and the fruit layed out for breakfast.
Review 8：Stayed here before and again was nice and friendly guest house and friendly couple who went out of their way to help with golf gear etc. and parking. Handy for town centre and good value for money.

Review 34：The owners Steve and Marjorie were most welcoming and friendly. The whole building is immaculate, beautifully maintained and cared for, having many period features. The bedroom contained everything you would possibly need / want for a short stay. The breakfast room was a delight having very generous sized dining tables. The breakfast itself was one of the best we have ever had in any hotel / b&b. A great selection and beautifully cooked by Marjorie, and served by a very friendly Steve. We would not hesitate to recommend Burnett House and will certainly stay there again when in the Dumfries area - possibly next Burns Week! Great value for money!

Review 36：Everything. Very welcoming couple. Beautiful home. The room was very clean and plenty of tea, coffee, also shower was really powerful , good toiletries. The food was very good , couldn't of had a nicer place to stopover at. Would highly recommend .

Review 40：I was met by Marjorie the owner. She let me check-in 4 hours early. The place is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. My room was great with the facilities you would expect in a corporate hotel. My ensuite was spoltlessly clean and sparkling with towels, shor gels and shampoos. I will definately stay there again. The breakfast 10/10. Thank you Marjorie and Steve.

Review 47：This is a fantastic B&B. I stayed here for two weeks whilst working in Dumfries. Near to town centre and good parking. Room was spacious and wifi was excellent. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and amazing poached eggs. 10 out of 10 for this B&B, hope to be back soon.
Review 48：My son and I stayed at this lovely establishment for one night only. We needed to be up and away for 7am on the Sunday morning and Marjory was very accomodating with this. When we went downstairs at 6.45am she was there to see we had everything we needed. We had a fabulous breakfast which included fresh fruit salad as well. I would definitely recommend this B&B to friends and would definitely stay there again.

Review 51：Very friendly couple who couldn't be more helpful. My golfing friends and I had individual rooms including family and twin rooms at £39 was amazingly cheap. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was superb in a very nice dining room. Location was ideal as only 5 minutes walk away from restaurants and pubs and the owner gave us a parking disc to park outside although there was private parking at the back also. Will certainly return when back in Dumfries.
