Reviews for Archontiko Hotel
Review 1:The breakfast is very poor (there is often a lack of products like eggs and the choice of meats is extremely limited).
Review 2:This hotel is very well located. For the price which is applied, it is quite pleasant and comfortable.
Review 3:Even though the room wasn't ready on time, (previous guest was really late), the room was perfect and very very clean!! And the staff was very helpfull
Review 4:1. In an attractive part of town but guests should be warned there is no access by car or taxi - luggage has to carried a couple of hundred metres. 2. Breakfast is fine but they should not cook eggs all in one go - so they are cold when one arrive a bot late - cook eggs on demand.

Review 14:The Archontiko is a family-owned, historic hotel with character, located in the old quarter of the town, and run by a very gracious and hospitable staff. We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the warm welcome we were given. I used booking.com because I got someone on the phone with imperfect English, but once you're there, everything's fine.
Review 15:The staff were amazing and really friendly. Everyone was extremely helpful with great information. Breakfast was tasty. The room was kept very clean and airy. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a stay that gets you mingling with the locals and gives you a real taste of the island.
Review 16:Communication problems - noone was answering my mails. When we realised the ferry will arrive with delay, no speaking english personnell answered the phone. Ayway, at the end everything was fine, but I'll have this in mind.
Review 17:Location, facilities, wi fi internet, clean, confortable
Review 18:although sheets/pillows were clean, the double sheet was small for the queen size bed, the pile carpets need to be cleaned , we found three bugs in the bed and A cockroach in the carpet. the other guests mainly business people had had no problem with bugs, no lift - you need to carry baggage up narrow stairs to rooms.
