Review 1：The place does not have any place to sit together if you are travelling with friends. The rooms have to do, however we were two families and that was no issue. If you look up there local webpage in German (not the presentation on booking.com. It said few things which are not correct - pets are not allowed at all, bread services is available, but minimum number is 20 pcs. Other than that excellent place to stay.
Review 2：Nice location - accross the street from lift. For summer vacation excellent thing is the Alpenbachtal card, which entitles you to use lifts and the lake free of charge. For bikes there is a fee of EUR 2,5. Rooms are nice, modern and fairly big, which is nice.
