Review 1:Everything was perfect! Rooms were clean and beds comfy, hotel is based in the middle of the village, breakfast was an absolute treat and we received useful tips to get around in the area. I recommend!
Review 2:The owners were exceptionally helpful, giving us advice on walks etc. The breakfasts were incredibly generous. The property is well-appointed (though the shower was leaky). Fantastic value for money.
Review 3:Owner and his father are really nice and helpful. The hotel is right at the village center. The hotel is a renovated historical building, just beautiful.
Review 4:All was perfect.
Review 5:Fantastic home produced breakfast made by the owner's mother. Welcomed with a nip of home made Tsipouro & Thiple by Peter, the owner, who supplied us with helpful suggestions & directions of places to visit.
Review 6:Minor small things re some fixtures and fittings in bathrooms needing repair but this really didn't concern us too much and I'm sure it would have been seen to if we'd raised it as a problem
Review 7:We received an incredibly warm and friendly welcome to this beautiful family run hotel . Room was airy and ajoined to kids room which was perfect for us . Beds comfy and water hot and plentiful Breakfast was homemade , plentiful and really gorgeous and owners shared knowledge of area and were really thoughtful in their approach to us as guests.
Review 8:A top-quality facility in the center of Dimitsana, set in a historic building. Everything (bed, bathroom, breakfast) was at the highest quality level. More importantly, the family which owns the hotel provided us with a true Arcadian hospitality experience. We thank them and wish them the best.

Review 11:Great location for day trips in the area. Lovely hosts and nice breakfast. Charming building, nicely decorated and comfortable. Walk to everything.
Review 12:The Son Owner gave us a very nice itinerary to visit their area, which really worth to stay at least for 2 or 3 nights. The breakfast was one of the best we had in greece, with everything homemade, jam, honey, cakes etc; we hardly recommend it...
Review 13:Wonderful family running the place is very hospitable and caring. Their positivity creates a cozy atmosphere is the house. Archontiko is in a beautiful Dimitsana village with a view to Lousios gorge. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed delicious fresh breakfast with homemade goodies!
Review 14:Nothing.

Review 16:Everything. The hospitality and location was second to none. Mrs Anna'a warmth made the stay even better and she served up a most wonderful breakfast.
Review 17:That we only stayed one night. We'd have loved to stay more!!
Review 18:The welcome, the building, the room, the luxurious feel of the place, the staff, the breakfast (oh, the breakfast!!), the village. There was just nothing to fault it, it was all charming and super, super lovely.
Review 19:The fact that we had to return home!
Review 20:One of the best places we ever stayed. Very professional and polite staff. Great location for Arcadia visitors. Extremely nice rooms and very good breakfast. Recommended!
Review 21:The shower was a little bit small, but really, almost not worth mentioning.
Review 22:We were warmly received with tea, homemade pastries from the mother of the house and a conversation to reccommend us the best way to hike in the surroundings. Kind hosts, but not pushy or too present, just warm and homey feeling. Excellent breakfast, perfect location. It made our journey special. For older folks: they have an in-house elevator, so not even stairs in a very steep mountain village are a problem
Review 23:The walls were too thin, a couple with children were staying next door, and we could even hear them sneeze! It might has to do on how people respect the others, but again it was a disturbance.
Review 24:The location, the owners and the breakfast was incredible. The lobby of the hotel is also very classy and as traditional as it should be. The location is majestic!
Review 25:difficult to park the car

Review 71:bathroom
Review 72:good breakfast, good location
Review 73:Great welcome, lovely room, excellent breakfast
Review 74:Parking in the town is challenging.
Review 75:Comfortable room. Anna and her breakfasts.
Review 76:I liked everything! The hotel is run by an incredibly hospitable couple. Despite the fact that the hotel building is pretty old, the room is freshly decorated and maintained well. The breakfast is cooked by the hostess herself. It feels like you are visiting your grandma on vacation - you won't leave the table until you are stuffed. Archontiko Deligianni is a reason to visit Dimitsana!
Review 77:The shower area was tiny and would be impossible for a larger person. Of course, this may not be the case in all of the rooms. Parking is a nightmare a the hotel is in the old village and the streets are narrow and parking very limited. Also you need to be prepared to carry your luggage up/down several steep steps. Again this was not a problem for me but could be for others.
Review 78:It was a very comfortable room with a view over the lower town. It felt very safe and the owner was very friendly. Good breakfast.
Review 79:We had a fantastic welcome from the owner's father who served his wife's delicious biscuits and his own homemade liqueur!! Gorgeous room and wonderful breakfast the following morning.
Review 80:Zero Negatives
Review 81:Incredibly Charming welcoming people, Very clean beautiful relaxing room. Excellent home made breakfast, stunning views and very good value for money. Highly Recommended
Review 82:Really nothing. Only maybe that we advise you to bring earplugs, but it wasn't all that bad. Parking may be a problem since streets are very small and Dimitsana is very well visited. If you don't mind the 10 minute walk, you can park your car further away, just outside the village. We had great value for our money, but normally it is quite an expensive hotel.
Review 83:Good location right in the center of Dimitsana. The hotel is familyrun and they are eager to help you with any special request (f.e. some extra's at breakfast). We had a perfect, spacious room at the top floor. The homemade breakfast is great (though not at first sight; wait till you got served :-) ). Oh, and don't forget to eat at the pizzeria (Me Meraki) underneath the hotel!
Review 84:We loved every minute of our stay! The only tiny thing I would add is that the massage-shower was a bit impedimented by limescale, so we couldn't use it - it would be nice to have it fixed. But really, that's a first world problem!
Review 85:The owners are a lovely elderly couple, we would even just go back to see them again! We were welcomed with home made sweets and tsipouro, and every morning we would be welcomed in the cosy lounge by a lovely home made breakfast and chat on things to do around. The room was amazing, with a breathtaking view on the mountain and even a fire place! A stay we won't forget!!
Review 87:No wifi or wired internet connection in the room.
Review 88:Excellent location, in the center of the village, the staff were very helpful and kind, hot water all day, breakfast delicious.
