Review 1：The kitchen is very limited, very small, and difficult to use.

Review 2：I really like the location, it's very near the old town area my husband and I like to frequent.

Review 3：A few recommendations, if I may. If heating is out of order it needs to get fixed. If water heater is out of order it needs to get fixed. A small water heater designed for a family is not enough for a hostel catering many people. The receptionist needs to be able to speak at least one western language. If you have one thick metal security door and you lock it during the night, with no key left for the guests, please leave at least a notice where a staff member could be found to open the door. So your guest will not have to worry to be locked inside the hostel and unable to leave to catch the airplane.

Review 4：Star hostel is in the center of Kutaisi. The hostel is clean. The room was alright, altough the window was quite small. There was a kitchen with utensils. I could print out my ticket, which was very nice from the hostel.

Review 9：The location is convenient, the rooms are comfy, the breakfast is nourishing, and the staff is just amazingly welcoming! The hostess Maka is absolutely kind, helpful, and friendly. She can also help you organize a car tour around the city or the area, a transfer to the airport or even to Tbilisi - all for reasonable prices and in a comfortable vehicle.

Review 14：It is very hard to find anything bad about it. But there were twosmall things. For our short stay, it was not a problem, but it mightbe for others.- there was a rather nasty smell coming from our small bathroom. But as we were out the whole day, it didn't matter too much. - some people might have trouble sleeping because of the rather loud traffic outside the window. But it didn't go on the whole night, so no big problem really.

Review 15：First of all, we arrived very late at night and woke up the owner. Shewas great from the start, she put us in a room till the morning (shedidn't have to do that but it was great that she did!). Nextmorning she moved us to our real room. She could have easily left us inthe original room, but she did that extra thing too :-) We actuallyhad, I think, a better room than we had booked! Such a nice woman, theowner! A really great introduction to our Georgia trip. I highlyrecommend, when you come to Georgia, that you spend the first few daysin Kutaisi. It is, of course, close to Kutaisi airport and well worthyour time. Also, if you arrive in Georgia on a night flight (as wedid), you will not want to take a 3-plus hour bus journey to your nextdestination at night. Instead, go to Kutaisi and stay at the StarHostel! You will not be sorry!

Review 16：The mattress of the beds were very soft. The water pressure in the common bathrooms is very low.

We stayed for only one night and came 2 hours before check-in time - nice personel found free room for us. Next day we could leave our luggage in the hostel. It was very hot, but we had a fan in our room, which was really good idea. Thank you :-)

Review 19：We’ve booked deluxe room, but it turned to have really tiny window and it was difficult to breathe, so we asked to move to hostel room for 4 people. Zero safety in the shower as there are plug-ins on the opposite wall and it is smelly in the toilet. Very poor breakfast.

Review 21：I booked twin deluxe room. It said on the booking.co that all the roomshave air conditioning. My room turned out to be neither twin (it had avery uncomfortable bunk bed) nor deluxe (it was very small, bloody hot,and there was an awfull noise from the street). Also it had no aircondition. I complained to the owner- unfortunately she didn't speakenglish. I got a fan to put inside a room. Still it was so hot and loudthat we decided to pay more to be moved to the real 'twin roomdeluxe' with air conditioning. I think is unfair to write on thebooking.com that all rooms have air conditioning when it;s so not true.The owner smokes at the reception- which is not very nice. The breakfastis really poor. I'm a backpacker and previous hostel manager, Istayed in many different hostels (with different standards) but what Idon't get is lying about your facilities and selling 2-bd dorm withbunk bed as "deluxe twin room".

Review 23：Ordered taxi to the airport, paid 20 lari at the reception, but were put in the same taxi together with other groups who also paid the full amount. To put us in the same taxi, they woke us up early in the morning, 45 minutes before the time we agreed upon. That does not sound like great customer service, does it?
