Review 1：The room was on the ground floor and it got quite noisy in the evening. There was no wifi signal in our room.

Review 3：She would not take our credit card and did not tell us ahead of time. They did not tell us that the highway would be closed for 3 hours for a bike race. We could not leave for 3 hours 8:30 - 11:30

Review 8：There was not enough information on the reception board. Few pamphlets mentioning time for breakfast and dinner, bus timetable (available free in bus!) and English travel guide would have been handy!! Its difficult to ask every little detail to the staff though they were friendly.

Review 15：Dirty room, tiny room, plenty of graffitis on the beds. No key was provided to lock the room. They alleged my booking with Booking.com was cancelled because they could not debit my credit card (but they managed to debit it). It is just a youth hostel, made for people who go to ski. Overpriced for very low quality facilities.

Review 17：The room was extremely cold and the radiator was not working during the night. The room is close to the river so this should be resolved. Nobody in reception at 20:00 to let them know about it . We booked for a half board room but we received just bed and breakfast. The pension should let customers know what is half board, if lunch or dinner. But if check in is after 14:00 it would be really difficult to get half board. I asked for the bill but after several tries the owner didn't understand what I meant. The place is not exactly in Maria Alm, but 5 minutes far by car. There's nothing around the pension in summer time, you need to go to Maria Alm if you want to buy anything.
