Review 1：The only bad experience, but important one if you also want to get some rest, was with the pools supervision in Oriental Spa, the hotel's own spa. It was very corwded and a lot of uncivilised people were making a lotof noise and letting their kids play an jump all over, despite the fact that Aquaworld has a lot of facilities for children and is the proper place to have fun. Oriental Spa is supposed to be a place where you can rest and relax. In all of the 7 days of my visit there i complained about the pools supervision staff not doing anything about the kids playing in the spa pools, but nobody really solved the problem. Regards to the only team of 2 ladies from the pool supervision, who were doing their job, and i could enjoy half of day of relaxing. The rest didn't care. The experience there really didn't seem of a 4* hotel spa. Not sure i will get back soon.

Review 2：Location : far from the city center but very easy access from highway and big free parking Rooms : big and comfortable rooms, with everything you need, no bathroom amenities, but clean rooms and bathroom. Restaurant : had halfboard, good food, for every taste and choice Facilities : hotel has own spa with thermal pools and sauna, not very big but good. Also with direct access to Aquaworld, with a lot of fun water activities and great saunas. Also a lot of special facilities for kids. Staff : kind and helpful, trying to do its best to have a happy customer, except the pool supervision which is not really doing their job, at least in the hotel spa's pools. Was there on New Year and even having the hotel full with guests, hotel staff managed to do a good job.

Review 7：1. Not clear enough road signs that points in/out of Aqua World from/to M0 highway or from downtown if coming by car. 2. Food is minimum standard expected from 4 star hotel. Always same choice. 3. Oriental spa not family friendly. As men and women changing rooms are totally separate, its close to impossible to take baby bath and change clothes if you have 2 same sex toddler kids. Needs some family space. 3. Small sauna for clothed guests. 4. No lifeguard present at all times on outside pool. 5. Rooms are totally not toddler friendly. Too many sharp objects and drawers, bathroom glass door can not close properly.

Review 13：The staff was very rude, they even lied about the facilities, the bed was also very uncomfortable, very thin walls therefore you could hear everything, you would have to walk a lot from the room to the other compartments of the hotel such as the lobby etc, and also it was very cold in the room.

Review 15：The Aquaworld slides did not open on time because they have baby swimming lessons in the landing pools. There are a limited number of inter-tubes for the slides and people are allowed to keep them after each ride instead of passing them to waiting guests. That leaves some people riding multiple times while the unlucky are left waiting at the bottom.

Review 16：We booked a family room for a long weekend and it was more than enough room for our family of five. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. For families with kids, the focus will be Aquaworld, which exceeded our expectations in terms of number of slides and other activities for adults and older kids. Our two younger kids loved the kids pool with its smaller slides and the family slide where whole families can race to the bottom. There is also a dry land play area and a food court with above average offerings. We liked the ability to charge food to our room key so we didn't have to carry around cash or credit. You walk through the hotel's own spa and thermal pool area on the way to Aquaworld. It seemed very nice but we did not use it. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The front desk staff was five star quality. Their knowledge of the city was excellent. They effortlessly provided us with information about the free shuttle to downtown, Christmas Market, public transport, and downtown parking. We did not eat breakfast and dinner at the hotel as it seemed pricey. The hotel offers packages that include some meals, but we opted for the nearby McDonalds and eating in the city center. We will be going back. A fantastic winter break!

Review 18：Very nice hotel with clean and modern rooms, good food and good facilities. The Aquaworld aquapark and the Oriental Spa are great for relaxing and if you want to have fun. The parking is free and you also have free wifi in the room. The personell is also very nice and helpful.

Review 20：Our apartment was a little tired - Not that bad but could do with a new carpet and a new sofa. No DVD player in the room. Room service menu is very limited. Location is out of town but only 5000huf in a taxi and the free shuttle bus was great.

Review 21：The swimming facilities are great. So many pools and so clean! The three bed apartment was HUGE! Beds were very comfortable. Two big balconys. Impressive reception area. Wristbands to gain entry and pay for everything were superb. Kids club is a nice bonus. Dressing gowns and slippers are always nice extras too. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Wifi was seamless and fast.

Review 22：Great winter package and themal facilities. Really a comfortable stay. Response from hotel is really prompt and efficient. Breakfast and buffet dinner is fantastic. The shuttle bus to the center is very convenient and fast.

Review 23：Everything was perfect !! We brought our dog and there was a wonderful quiet neighbourhood across from the hotel to take her for walks. The dinner buffet was fantastic. The water park was clean and had a lot for the kids to do.

Review 24：I did not like the fact that the hotel is not ready to attend full capacity. While we were there, they mentioned all rooms are occupied. There was a one hour line for check-in, the same line for check-out and a line for breakfast every morning of our stay. The restaurant closes at 10.00 pm and Hotel is 16km away from the city. The cleaning lady did not clean our room daily as they promised.

The food was good!Now you have to pay are diabetic injection medication $800.00 because 3 days the fridge not working first the frontdesk don't fix the problem second time the Manager give us a bigger room, we do not need extra bed, but the carpet was very dirty! So meds $800.00 We get sick on your food, we was not able to go any where only to the store by some food water!! $800.00 $1,400.00 _________ $2,200.00 you own to us ! Review 38：Was too cold in the room, and somehow was not possible to adjust: same cold remained after setting aircondition to heat. No shampoo, cream etc. in the bathroom. RECEPTION: the guy was assembling 3 wellness-entry bands after asking us. Was not rushing to serve us, give us the keys etc. His collegue a nice lady noted that and did that, so when he finished his VIP tasks he coud finally hand us over the keys.

It allows entry to visitors as well so exclusive access to water park is lost. Housekeeping would rarely pick the phone up.

Review 79：Soft beds, very soft beds, absolutely terrible additional beds ("HP beds"). Receptionists are liars - by the time of our arrival they offered me not to pay for parking in front of the hotel and for additional beds (for children), because there was a folding sofa in the suite (for 2 persons...) then forced me to pay for it by checkout. They said I had to cancel it 48 hours before our arrival!!! How could I know (at home) I would not need it?? They cheated me for additional 76 euros... quite a lot for 2-night stay. I will never come to this hotel/resort again and will warn all my friends against it.

The marriage can be cancelled, the business contract can be changed but if you decide not to have breakfast in the hotel no chance (doesn't matter that at the check-in your wish was accepted but at the checkout you have been told that any change to your reservation needed to be done 48 hours before your arrival...funny that at the check-in it was not a problem). So don't trust wat you have been told at the reception, what is in your reservation matters.

Review 102：I like this hotel and the facilities at Aquaworld. The food is good and reasonably priced. The rooms are big and comfortable. I always stay there en route to Slovakia. There is a good retail park nearby with a huge Auchun supermarket. Staff very professional and helpful. The food in Aquaworld is also good for fast food. Home cooked. They have their own spa in the Hotel if you don't have kids and don't fancy the flumes, slides etc.

Review 103：Everything was right there, there was no need to leave the resort if you didn't want to. The pools associated with the hotel were amazing, and Aquaworld kept us going all day. The family room was absolutely perfect! Very friendly staff and helpful at all turns. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the free shuttle bus, was the icing on the cake!

My daughter is 10 and 129cm tall, the staff refused to let her on any slides. would not have booked this hotel if i had known this information.

Review 119：Spa. Tips for guests: hotel has an excellent spa with indoor pools, outdoor pool with thermal water (you can swim out in winter) and sauna. There is also "aquaworld" for which you have to pay extra. Worth if you are into slides. If you just want to relax than hotel spa it's enough. Romania are big and clean. Bed is excellent.

Review 120：It really would not take much to make this a great place. We stayed in the 2 bedroom (called the three room) apartment. It is not an apartment. There is a microwave, but no way to cook. No hot water kettle, not coffee cups, no plates or bowls, no stove, toaster, or anything to make yourself tea or coffee let alone a meal. DO not stay in these rooms thinking you can have meals in them. They are basically a large hotel room with no ability to even have tea or coffee. I expected at least some instant coffee, tea and a few cups. I can get that at a low budget hotel. I saw the house cleaner rinsing a dirty glass in the room next to ours with his hands in the sink. Don't use the glasses. They are not cleaned by a dishwasher and proper soap is not even available.

Review 121：The decor was nice. The breakfast buffet, although very expensive, was plentiful and good. The hotel pool and sauna were very nice. The hotel bus was very helpful, although only offered a few times a day.

Review 122：distance from city center, both mornings we stayed, the hotel room service woke us up, because they wanted to fill our (untouched) minibar, thin room walls (we heard all our neighbours in the hall) .. it also looked like if they accomodated all the slovak and czech guests on one floor, which we didn´t appreciate

Review 124：Watch out for charges. Plenty of parking outside so you don't the garage unless you need the added security or the weather is bad. It is possible to accidently get into the water park and get charged.

Review 128：No toiletries in the bathroom,only some shampoo. Dinner costs 22e per person and is much under avarage.Budapest is 14km away. There is free shuttle bus to Budapest but goes only twice in the morning and couple of times in the afternoon.The reception girl forgot to tell us that. In the end they included the use of the garage for 3 days and we didnt use it.When I said that to that same girl on the reception she just subtracted that sum from the bill without checking.Obviously she knew but tried to cheat on us.She didnt even apologize..Avoid that girl on the reception and everything will be fine!

Review 131：Stayed there for 2 nights with my wife and 8 year old son. Very friendly staff, aqua park is amazing. Rooms are in excellent conditions with very fast WiFi. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent. We also ate ala carte and I the food quality was way above what I expected from a Hotel restaurant. Drive into the city took on average 20-25 minutes. Waterpark tickets are extra but the oriental spa is great with heated pools. We'll definitely be back and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Review 132：This was the 2nd time we were here and again we had issues with the invoice at our departure. Again extra entrances to the spa were on the bill but luckily I noticed them. It's not alot of money but how can this happen again?

Review 133：Everything is under one roof, spa & aquaworld are great, food is ok but pricewise I think this is a great place for the value.

Review 135：good staff, excellent wifi. My suggestion is to go NOT to buffet dinner (6500Ft) or buffet breakfast (4500Ft), suitable for all-you-can-eat people but instead have a better and cheaper dinner a-la-carte and an excellent breakfast in lobby bar.
