Reviews for Hotel Brazzera
Review 1:The very kind hostess of the hotel was extremely helpful and made our stay a warm and welcoming experience. The hotel is small and quiet, and has a great view over the Bay of Finikas. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the breakfast is wonderful with many homemade mamelades etc. We can highly recommend a stay at this hotel, and we certainly intend to come back.
Review 2:Quiet village which is good and bad. Narrow selection of eating places.
Review 3:Balcony rooms were very good. Outside areas very pleasant. Free sun loungers on the beach directly across the quiet road. Ermapoulis, a taxi or bus ride away, is well worth a visit.
Review 4:There was nothing we disliked.
Review 5:From the time the owner Anna met us at the port, and took us to the hotel. We could not believe ths quality of the tell for the cost of what we paid.everything was perfect.from the room to the plentiful breakfast and the location across the road to the beach was superb. Anna is a very helpful and pleasant lady. This place is ideal if you want a bit more quality and also a peacful stay.
Review 6:The only thing that I could possibly say is that the shower istoo small.
Review 7:This small hotel is a real gem. Ideal as a base for exploring Syros andreal value for money choice. Nice rooms with sea view (the beach isright in front of the hotel), nice breakfast and very polite andattentive owners.
Review 8:Nothing.
Review 9:Owner was ubber helpful. Homecooked goodies for breakfast every morning, something different every day. Location excellent. Room charming. very clean, good facilities.
Review 10:The only real drawback is the road that separates the hotel from thenarrow strip of sand. This at its widest and most popular opposite thehotel. So the dop - dop of bat and ball games and the phut - phut ofHonda 50s overloaded with families did at times become a littleirritating. But don't let that put you off !
Review 11:... that we have found on our stays on 46 different islands over thelast 30 years. This was our first trip to Syros. We were pleased wechoose Finikas for our first week. It is a low key resort primarilycatering for locals who tend to come down to the beach to enjoy the lateafternoon sun.As soon as we entered the Brazzera the subdued music, artwork and welcoming drinks told us we were going have a good holiday. And we did. If you like a sunny spacious balcony overlooking a wonderful bay with perfect wi-fi to enjoy Radio 4 or TMS then this is the place for you. The breakfasts were excellent with a rich choice of treats well beyond standard ham, cheese and egg fare. The service was just how it should be, attentive but not intrusive This is the real strength of the Brazzera, the focus of the staff on making sure that the 30 to 40 guests are all well looked after. And little things like beach beds and chairs for guests to take to the beach.
Review 12:having to leave...
Review 13:we arrived early, but were given the opportunity to leave our luggage, to change, and to get to the beach... our hosts could not have been more helpful. Beautiful location, fully recommended... will return if possible...
Review 14:Everything was brand new, excellent decoration with a lot of good taste, very friendly staff, you get even sunbeds for free to carry a few meters to the beach right in front of the hotel
Review 15:I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the globe. It was the first time that upon arrival in my room I found out they forgot to put sheets in the bed!!! It appears that because I had the smallest room in the establishment and this room was not very often used they just forgot to check it!!! Anyway, nobody's perfect, they corrected the error on the spot and the next day the room was also thoroughly cleaned.
Review 16:Excellent and quiet location in front of Finikas beach, the rest of Syros can be easily accessed using a car. Eliminates the need to stay in Hermoupolis. Nice breakfast included in the price.
Review 17:I would like a bigger TV on the living room....
Review 18:Anna, the manager is an amazing and kind person, always present at the hotel and eager to help us. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were very clean. The location is perfect in order to avoid strong north winds of the Greek summer.
Review 19:Shower cubicle possibly on the small side but well appointed.
Review 20:This is almost a boutique hotel!. It is that good with management and staff willing and pleased to assist making a stay here memorable. The rooms are excellently furnished and all needs are there to be enjoyed. Breakfast with homemade jams, and daily 'specials', and a variety of locally made breads, etc. is a delight. Location is about as good as it gets with the excellent, and safe, beach across a not very busy road in a small town offering traditional and uncommercialised Greek hospitality will suit those who value this type of venue. We rate this very highly indeed.

Review 40:The owner, Mrs Anna, makes you feel as a precious guest. Staff as well has been trained to serve you perfectly. Rooms are well decorated, remarkably spacious and very very clean. Mattresses and pillows, at least for me who suffer from musculoskeletal problems, are anatomically correct. The daily breakfast is a pleasant surprise, as Mrs Anna serves different handmade goodies. The sea is just in front of the hotel and the evening one can fall asleep listening to the sound of rippling. There is private parking in the basement. Terraces and lobby are decorated with refined taste and there is also a library with many interesting books and board games as well.
Review 41:Bed harder than I would have liked and shower a little small but location more than made up for that
Review 42:Fantastic location, lovely breakfast with homemade cake and jam, fantastic relatively quiet beach a few yards away, good restaurants in village and right on bus route to allow exploring if you can tear yourself away from the beach, free use of sun loungers to take to the beach
Review 43:Absolutely nothing at all!!!!
Review 44:The owners and staff were so nice and helpful. The hotel was spotless. The position on beach was amazing. It was an idyllic few days. Would have stayed longer if not fully booked.
