Review 1：All staff were very helpful and accomodating, went out of their way to help me with unexpected change in travel plans and made arrangements for me to make an early flight.

Review 4：The restaurant food was expensive and disgusting the most expensive and worst tasting meal we had in Santorini. We were on our honeymoon and my wife cut her foot on broken glass in the spa. There was cigarette ask and cigarette butts in the hot pool in the spa too.

Review 6：The room was nice, but it was either completely covered in mold or they had sewer problems. if we had been there more than a couple of nights I would have rebooked into a different hotel. Because not wanting to step into your room is not a great experience for a hotel to offer.

Review 8：Every thing else. Poorly maintained rooms, breakfast starting at 8.30 am ( we had a flight at 9.45 am) and with very poor choices. Pool snacks had only fries. We paid $1900 AUD for 2 nights for a family of 4 and it was way too much money for the facilities/services which was offered.

Review 19：Centrally located with bus or hiking access to all of the island. View from the hotel is spectacular. Huge tube in the room. Indoor underground heated pool was awesome. We were there in Nov and almost had the place to ourselves. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Hotel has its own beach and restaurant in Perissa with free shuttle from the hotel.

Review 26：First of all and taking in consideration the price/quality is not a good Hotel. We booked junior suite, but when we arrived they said that we were lucky because they were going to give us the VIP suite, however that suite was not clean, the bathroom smell really bad, the restaurant was really above the suite and due to it was noisy. Also the first night the weather was not so good and willing and we could not sleep. When we complained about all this things and asked to move to another suite or to the one that we initial booked, they said the hotel was full. Another thing is the location, it is quite far from Fira (capital of Santorini) and even more far from Oia. Finally, for what we pay the breakfast is quite poor.

We were picked up from the airport and arrived to discover we had been upgraded to the fabulous presidential suite! Staff, location & food were outstanding!! Would definately recommend to all! Review 29：You have to choose your room before you arrive if they let you. (because they are not same at all). Any way the manager of the hotel helped us to change the room upon our request. Wifi is sometimes fine, sometimes bad.(but its same in all hotels, so you dont have to have much expectations) Spa is a bit expensive and if you like to use jacuzzi or other treatments you have to pay.

Review 30：The location of the hotel is very good, it is 5 minutes to Center of Santorini by car (Fira). 30 minutes to Oia, and 5 minutes to the beaches. The staff is very friendly. Thanks for the manager Allie. Breakfast was very good and richer than the other European countries. The relaxation music with the breakfast was great. The menu for snacks especially when you are next to the pool delicous!!!. The view is amazing. You have all the caldera view under your feet while you are sunbathing. Pool is enough. Spa is well organized.Rooms are clean and romantic. The bath tube was great but it could have jacuzzi inside :(. Hotel has 3 sports equipment for the guests but its enough. If you are matching the place with Oia places, you can choose Suits of Gods because its special and close to all beaches. Oia is far away and dangerous with the roads. The hotel owner has a beach in Perissa beach, i suggest you to visit there also. In Final, the place is Cool and Stylish. You will have the peace and relaxation in your trip.

Review 49：I did not like the manageress who I found to be curt and insincere. I also did not like the fact that the reception was closed between the hours of midnight and 8am. I did not like the fact that I was unable to change currency at the reception desk and instead had to go into Fira (15euro taxi ride away) to find a cash point to obtain more cash. I did not like the fact that a 5euro charge was suggested for room service, when I asked that some fruit be brought up to my room from the breakfast buffet because my girlfriend and I were unwell and did not want to go to breakfast.

Review 50：I loved the stunning views. I was also delighted to be upgraded to a suite with great privacy and private pool and double sun lounger. I liked the spa and the reception and restaurant staff.

Review 51：We decidet to rent quad for few days during our stay in Santorini. Thehotel managed to get the quad delivered to the hotel (very useful andpositive), however on the first day we got a quad in quite a bad shape(breaks did not function correctly). We requested to be exchanged, andluckily we got a much more better one on the next day.The treatments in the spa are expensive. The outdoor swimming pools are too cold.

Review 52：The hotel is situated in Megalochori, with stunning view on the caldera.The staff is excellent, they take care of every detail. The food servedin the Celebrities restaurant is delicious, served either next to theswimming pool or on the terasse of the restaurant. We even get anupgraded room upon our arrival. Was unexpected, but made our stay evenbetter. We made a catamaran tour advised by the receptionist. Worth todo the sunset cuise, with great barbecue on the boat, swimming in thehot springs. Unforgettable moments watching the sunset from a boat. Inone word it's excellent we would recommend it to everyone who islooking for a great hotel at Santorini.
