Set amidst a 6,000-m2 area with olive trees and a playground, Ktima Kourou features traditional, stone-built houses with free Wi-Fi. It is located 0.9 miles from Tragaki village and only 1,000 feet from Bouka Beach.

Review 1：Hosts wonderful people, helpful, friendly, and they have huge hearts. An authentic Greek house, hidden in a fantastic garden, we enjoyed every minute. The hosts are unforgettable home-made products and gifts! It was a dream honeymoon!

Review 2：The owners were very kind and hospitable, the houses were beautifully furnished and clean, it is a perfect place for families and big groups. Overall it was a great experience, I definately recommend it!

Review 3：There is no bad experience in this location. The only not so excellent thing is the beach, which is not the best that Zakyntos has. But, anytime you may take a car and, in a half of hour, you may reach a lot of other full of beauty places.

Review 11：Very comfortable, spaceous and tastefully decorated villas. Everything inside the villas has personal touch. Furniture is made by owner, while bedding, linen and curtains are family's handmade. Abundant kitchen appliances. Beautiful garden surrounds each villa letting guests stay private. There is a small farm and big playground next to the garden. Our children loved feeding animals and were ready to stay there the whole day. The hosts are incredibly welcoming people. We would live to come there again.

The Villa is situated near the sea, 300 metres, the Villa is located farm with Pets, children are very interesting, but at the same time, the farm is not a problem in adults. Great children's Playground. Silence and peace. Unlike hotels can perfectly have a rest. Well equipped kitchen. Shop next. Toured the whole island and decided that this is the best place on the island, an oasis of beautiful gardens. A great place to have a BBQ. Review 21：This is the place you want to stay at in Zakynthos if you love serenity and being one with nature. The villas are stunning and fantastically laid out within the premises. They are well equipped with everything you might require in a regular house, from air conditioning to dessert cutlery. The villa we paid for was the single room Roma but were upgraded to the double room Trageto gratis. It was a double storey house. The lower level had an airy living room and a fully equipped kitchen - perfected with wonderful furniture, a large flat TV, audio system, a fireplace, electric kettle, kitchen range with hood, microwave to name a few. They left a bottle of homemade olive oil and preserved olives on the dining table. There was also a guest toilet on this level. On the top floor were two rooms - one with a king sized double bed and another with twin beds and a baby cot, the latter being more spacious. Both rooms had beautiful bathrooms with bathtubs. Each had a balcony with a tea table and two chairs and had wonderful garden views. The air conditioners on the top and the fireplace on the lower floor kept the villa warm and cozy. The porch had a table that could accommodate 6 people at a time. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a large yard and a small animal farm within the property. There are, goats, a cat, rabbits, ducks, roosters, hens, turkeys and even a few turtles. This was one reason my 2 year old loved the place so dearly. However, the shining star of this hotel is it's owner Eleni. She is the humblest and friendliest of people we have ever met. She would take our child to the farm and let her feed the animals. Our daughter looked forward to the fresh eggs she gave daily that were still warm from the brooding. The beach is about 400m down the same lane. It was calm, shallow and child-friendly, albeit a little cold on the 21st of April. A store and a butcher's shop is 100m from the property.The surrounding areas are green and somewhat hilly.
