Review 1：Absolutely NO bad experiences. The only issue, which had nothing to with the landlord, is the property is up a fairly steep incline and several blocks from town. If you use a walker or wheelchair staying here would not be a great idea.
Review 2：Great, friendly, generous landlord. We were going to stay only one night but the place was so lovely and the landlord so helpful that we stayed two.
Review 3：The location is perfect, close to the city but far from any noise, easy to reach and with a nice view. The room was clean and tidy, the owner really warm and kind, gave us a lot of information and good spot for the food and the beach.
Review 4：Really nice relaxed and sweet studio. Was perfect for a couple of days of relaxation and sitting on the beach. Good location of halfway between the old harbour and some of the newer beaches. Staff were lovely but were not in your face. Felt very safe which was very important for me as I was travelling alone.
Review 5：The staff was pleasant. The room quite spacious and we loved our balcony! ! It felt more like home! Every detail was perfect.even hairdryer and iron and iron board. Wardrobes, everything!
Review 6：Spiros was very helpful and sincere. He picked us up from the ferry on arrival although this was not pre-arranged. Many great suggestions re dining and beaches.
Review 7：It is not in the center of Spetses, but personally I was ok with it. It's only 10' on foot on a lovely walk by the sea. Also, from that side of the town you get the best closest beach (Kaiki beach bar) and two great taverns with fresh fish. So, I actually liked that area!
Review 8：Very pleasant experience, regarding the facilities and staff. It is value for money for sure. The owner was very kind and offered to take our luggage to the port when we were leaving. Our room had a nice sea view!

Hire also mountainbike, 35 euros each, and discovery the most beatiful beaches and chrystal water! theo studios are also my choce for next Spetses holiday...Great place and very polite family
Review 13：There was not anything that we did not like.
Review 14：The owner couple, Mr. and Mrs. Spyros were very gracious and warm from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Both of them were very helpful whenever we asked for their help. We wish we could speak Greek but we don't, but they could communicate with us in English perfectly. They provide you with simple set of breakfast for each morning and leave ground coffee, filters and sugers generously, do you can brew coffee whenever you like. The room is clean and equipped with pretty much everything you need. we had a. Wry pleasant stay in a room with partial sea view. The location is gust perfect for us and It is only 8-10 minutes walk from the main ferry terminal.
Review 15：The only thing We didn't like was the squeaky bed. Mattress was perfect, but imagin, metalic frame on tiled floor!
Review 16：It was very impressive greeting.Firstly We arriwed late and was dark already. After phoning to make sure are We on the right road, he(the host) come(by car) and picked us up. It wasnt long drive but so needed. Dont be afraid to phone! Everything was prepared for meeting us, eaven the brekfast was in the fridge. Actualy that is the nature+people who do wonders!!! That was ouers first experience in Greece-very happy. Thank You very much. Some day We would like to come back.
Review 17：Knowing too well Greece and its weather, the location of the Theo Studios is not very good. One has to go up the hill at a long distance and all this without proper instructions nor guidance. There is not a super market near the studios and one has to walk a lot to find a good beach to take a swim.
Review 18：Theo Studios were indeed a very pleasant surprise! Having in mind the price, I was expecting something mediocre. Instead of that, I was welcomed by a very nice lady, who led me and my family to a spacious appartement with fully equiped kitchen, with iron, plasma tv, fireplace, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a WC separatedly, 3 balcons with vie to the sea and to the mountain. And all this for 85 euros per day! Breakfast was not included, but in the fridge there were everything to make a breakfast! Pure pleasure!!
Review 19：Excelent price/benefit relation. Very friendly staff and owners. there are fresh breakfast items every day. Being able to prepare light meals is a surplus. Spetsés is a small place and there is no bad location.
Review 20：No kettle and no microwave in the kitchen, though coffee machine and sandwich maker were good surprise :-) Located halfway between port and beach. If you want to go to Kaiki beach you should be ready for 15-20 min walk

Review 24：The hotel is situated in Kounoupitsa, just 9 minutes (literally) of walk to Dapia. This is a small, family run hotel. We had a wonderful sea view from our apartment. It was cleaned every day and the owners provided us coffee, fruit juice, butter, jam for our breakfast. They were very polite and even picked us up from the port and took us there the day we left. I would recommend this lovely little hotel to everyone. Thank you Mr. Spyro and Mrs. Voula for the hospitality.

Review 61：Very pleasant studio, quiet, view on flower garden, complementary breakfast items, nice terrace. the situation is absolutely fine once you found it (the signs indicating the way to the studio had been taken away. it might be a good idea to contact the owner, Spiros, before going there to get directions). However Spiros and his wife are very helpful (he picked me up and took me back to the early morning boat (6:00!), I got good tips for the best beaches and an excellent map of the island. Very pleasant stay - I would certainly go there again.

Review 71：There's nothing I could say that I did not like bar that Theo Studios is just outside of the centre (around 10-15 mins walk) which can be a bit tedious if one needs to go there for shopping or getting money out but the walk is so lovely, right next to the sea that you forget about it!
Review 72：Large, spacious, clean studio with comfortable double bed (no two singles put together!) with a kitchenette with complimentary breakfast items, some of which were homemade by the owners. Amazing sea view (Studio #1) and all the facilities you could need including iron, ironing board and great shower! Close to a great bakery, peritero (kiosk) and great fish taverna just down the hill right on the beach and next to the sea! Moreover, the owner, Spiros, was lovely and picked us up in his car from the port after a tiring 4 hour drive from Athens! Thank you!

The studios are really cute, clean, and well maintained. Most importantly, it's one of the cheapest places to stay in Spetses (which is a beautiful island)!
