Review 1：In 14 years travelliing to Austria, this is simply the best choice for an airport hotel. Affordable, convienent to airport, comfortable, clean, safe, friendly staff and a nice bar are all part of the package. The rooms and WC are much larger than what you would get at other airport hotel options.

Review 2：The room was very small. There are no elevators available and no personnel to help with luggage. The room was not clean enough - especially the bathroom needs improvement. The water pressure was very weak.

Review 5：This hotel advertises that it is close to the airport and has a shuttle for an additional cost. All they did was call a taxi for me. It is down a secluded and very dark road that my daughter and I were scared when the taxi driver from the airport drove us. He had never heard of the place and he drives the airport frequently. The staff made no effort to be nice. Other reviews commented that the staff provided early breakfast, I was told that they had breakfast but it would start much later than the time I left at 7:30 they made no special arrangements. The linens are uncomfortable and the pillows old.

That wasn't so much the problem as there was great food in hotel. Biggest drawback was no air conditioning so couldn't sleep until 3 am when the open windows could bring some summer heat relief. Had morning flight so three hours of sleep made it pretty tough.

The room was very clean and spacious, the internet worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and the front door staff were polite and very helpful. A hotel like this, to give the Boutique Hotel impression and with this price, should have complementary Kleenex/tissue in the room. Somebody's vomit was on the hallway carpet for a while. TV channels are poor, there are no movies or other entertainment for English speaking travelers - which are many.

Review 40：First of all the place is very clean but small if you are accustomed to an American hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated but small. Once again they are clean and have nice showers. The bed is kind of narrow. I originally requested a regular room and they gave me the narrowest bed I've ever seen. Even the bed in my 5 year old room is larger than their bed. After going downstairs and talking to the management they gave me their double room which by American standards is a regular room with a queen size mattress. Overall very convenient located to the airport.

Review 45：The room which I have booked had the heating system broken, when I did entered the room there were maximum 12 Celsius inside. I tried to use the air conditioning unit to warm up the room, but it was very noisy. Asking the reception for another room I was told that they cant do anything, not even changing the room as this is the room which I have booked... A very bad experince sleeping at about 15 Celsius with a very noisy AC unit!!! Don't try this at home.

Review 46：I use to stay in this hotel for many times. All payments and charges were payed every time on the check out. This time the Reinisch hotel blocked 100% of payment in advance. Then they charged the same sum on the check-out and I did not receive the blocked money back on my MasterCard yet. I know, that some hotels use this procedure, but It was not mentioned in BookingCom order and I was not informed about it in any way.

Review 63：There was a little problem with the transfer service. The man at the TTC service at the airport first said he haven't received my reservation which was made several weeks before by e-mail. Than he called to the hotel and settled it. But then the guys from the service began to argue in their language (arabian?) who will drive me to the hotel. It seemed they'll start to fight together. It wasn't that late, though. Some 11pm and my arrival has been announced in advance. Finally an elderly man working for this service (but speaking just German) has driven me to the hotel. The man at the counter I was speaking to has hardly said goodbye to me. At the hotel everything was ok and the morning transfer as well.

Review 66：Hotel is under reconstruction, ie. everything is in quite a mess. In the village there is no place to buy basic food staff (we considered breakfast in the hotel too expensive - 14 euro for adults and also for small children). Hotel is on the main road, our room was noisy. On the first night from midnight till 2 o'clock a.m. we couldn't sleep because a broken down minivan was being transported. We were kindly offered by an airport transfer that turned out to be double price than taxi fares. When we complained about these issues they didn't even say sorry.

Review 67：For our family holiday in Spain we booked a flight from Vienna (we live in Budapest). Because of our small children and late flight arrival we booked 1 night before departure day and 1 night after arrival in this hotel. Our only positive remark is that the hotel is close to the airport.

Review 68：Poor ventilation in room- very hot in summer. Fan did not really coolthe space, thus had a poor sleep experience due to heat. Window opensand has a screen, but the design does not allow much fresh aircirculation. Unlike other hotels in Europe, breakfast is not included inthe price of the room, costs around 14e, I believe.
