Review 1：The service we received in all parts of the hotel and the spa was superb.The staff was very efficient and friendly. The room we stayed in is furnished exquisitely. The Conservatory restaurant atmosphere we preferred over the The Gumstool because the former is light and airy (I understand that The Gumstool will be given a makeover in January 2016). The hottub in the Spa was a big hit with us even in a rainy evening - the log fire complement it very nicely.
Review 2：Despite a small hitch with the room we had booked, every effort was made to rectify the error in a very pleasant way - including a note and a bottle of champagne in apology.
Review 3：Perfect rooms & decor with relaxing feel and food excellent served by very friendly staff. Good location to visit the Cotswolds.
