Review 1：The air conditioning is only in the living room. No cleaning service at the weekend (you have to get rid of the litter by yourself and buy the toilet paper)

Review 3：The bedrooms were very hot at night as there was no air conditioning; we had to sleep with the doors open and the air conditioning on in the main room - this solved the problem. The closest beaches were lovely but rocky in the water so we drove to the sandy beaches, there are several within 5-10 mins drive.
Review 4：Villa in a stunning location on the Istron coastline, set in beautiful gardens amongst an olive grove, with sea views. The accommodation was basic but had everything we needed and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was wonderful with views over the sea and plenty of sunloungers, canopies, tables and chairs. The landlord and housekeeper were very helpful and friendly, and were keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There is a car park, and we were able to drive to Agios Nikolas within 10 minutes and Ierapetra (the southernmost town in Europe) within 30 minutes. There are several restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk and a beach within about 10-15 minutes. We loved it here and would definitely stay again!
Review 5：From booking this villa everything was handled exceptionally well. Christos handles all your queries quickly and efficiently. We spent a fantastic time this summer and that was absolutely incredible and unforgettable time, thanks to owners Alexandros and Christos!!! We've never met before so friendly and so careful owners! Villa Michalis and all area with large garden are very beautiful, so many flowers and trees and a large pooll with a fantastic sea view !! Very relaxing. And Villa inside is very beautiful, superb clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equiped and it was easy to cook there. The location of Villa Michalis is very good: best beaches are in a few minutes, Markets and Taverns by walking, beautiful Agios Nikolaos in 10 minutes, South Crete in only 30 min because it is the smallest diameter of crete. Thanks again and again to the owners for our best holidays !!!
Review 6：The wifi was not good, we barely had a good connection. The apartment was not clean when we arrived, and you have to clean your apartment during your stay (even buy your own toiletpaper and get rid of your garbage!). The airconditiong was terrible, there was no airconditiong in the sleepingrooms, which resulted in sleeping with al the doors open, so that in the end nobody had a good rest. The check-out time was 10 o'clock, at half past nine the owner was already there, asking if we would be making it to leave at ten, otherwise we had to pay extra money!
Review 7：The location of the apartment was good, on a hill with sea view. The swimmingpool was also nice. We ate almost every night at Taverna Zygos, where the food was excellent and the waiters very kind!
