Review 1：it is an old building - not a problem except for the bathroom facilities which could do with renewing.
Review 2：Firstly location was good because it was a short distance from the main part of town which gets very noisy at nught with motorbikes. The shared terrace area is a lovely place to sit and chill. The owner was a very friendly and helpful lady.
Review 3：The staff were very helpful and friendly, both on arrival and in serving breakfast in the courtyard. The villa is also within easy reach of the harbour.
Review 4：The hotel only has two rooms with double beds, we were provided with one of the remaining rooms which have twin beds pushed together with the inevitable gap. I feel this does not count as the "double room" advertised so cannot give a better score. Otherwise the room was spaceous cool and clen so no complaints there

Review 6：The space was too norrow and we couldnt move around the room easily since only one perso could fit on the pathway from door to beds to kitchen and consequnetly the bathroom.

Review 8：It's hard to find and not well marked at all. I wandered around a while before i found it, and when I got there the owner wasn't there. I had to kill a couple if hours in a cafe and go back. The owner, who wa very nice and gave me a jar of homemade jam, didn't even get there until almost four on the day of my arrival.
Review 9：Spetses is very nice. The hotel is a short walk from both the town and the old harbor. The wifi works very well.
Review 10：Excellent accommodation, hospitality and a very peaceful location to completely relax. Delicious cooked breakfast with home made jams and cakes with ample quantities enough for a take-away lunch! Highly recommended.

Review 12：It was our first trip with our 9-month baby and everything was perfect! The room was big and well fournish with a little kitchen and a quality baby bed! The room was nice and clean ( bedsheets and bath towel changed every day) The villa is wonderful with a nice and quiet rooftop with tables and chairs and close to the spetses center (5min walking). Hope we can come again.

Review 21：room was closed for a long time and there was a smell because of this the bathroom door was broken and didnt close. Some noise from scooters passing by the attached road

Review 23：Mrs Vasso, the villa owner, made sure that we felt at home there from day one. She provided us with a much larger appartment than the one we had booked initially, she changed our towels and toiletries daily and she even gave us her homemade marmalade to have for breakfast. I would definately reccomend Villa Kalomira to anyone wishing to visit Spetses, either as a couple/family or group of friends and I would advise budget travellers to prefer May or September/October for their holidays in Spetses to both get better value for money accomodation, like we did at Villa Kalomira, and give these friendly people a chance to show their warm hospitality.
Review 24：The bath curtain was short and when you showered the floor got really wet.
Review 25：I have only good things to say. The room was big, always clean and had a private balcony. The best thing though was the breakfast. Don't miss it! Mrs Vasso is a wonderful and very sweet lady and everyday made a delicious breakfast with handmade bread and marmelade, fresh orange juice and eggs from her ducks and chicks!

Review 27：Yiannis and his wife were very welcoming and made us all feel at home. The breakfast with homemade bread and jam, choice of eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice was a delight. Whilst the furniture in the rooms was basic, the rooms were homely with all necessary facilities including air-con and tea/coffee and fridge.
Review 28：Set back from the main drag, beautifully kept, wonderful Greek hostess who is warm, friendly, and feeds you a breakfast of all sorts of delights.
