Review 1：Salt water pool. Inefficient Air Con. Expensive Drinks, Rubbish Food. Glad we were not all inclusive

Review 5：Stayed three nights in a basic apartment which had wonderful views across to Spinalonga. I stayed on a half board basis and the food, though not haute cuisine, was absolutely fine with different main dishes each evening. The staff were all friendly and the young lady on reception was particularly helpful. The pool area was lovely though due to the bad weather I didn't get the opportunity to swim. It is an easy and picturesque walk down to Elounda though coming back is a bit of a slog at first! There is a bus which runs up and down to the resort on a regular basis so the option to use that rather than walk is always there. Many of the apartments are up a steep hill so may well not be suitable for everyone but the views are spectacular and unique to the hotel.

Review 6：The pool area is dirty, the sunbeds are screwed down to the floor and have not been cleaned under for some time, all the cement is cracking and you end up walking it to the pool stuck to your feet. Some of the rooms we had were very dated although clean, I certainly do not think it is a 4* hotel. Most of the rooms are set high above the reception/restaurant area, so unless you are quite fit this is not the place for you. We found it quite dangerous at some points walking up and down the steep hills with no hand rails to hold onto, I can imagine it would be quite dangerous in the rain. The towels we had in our rooms did not smell very nice, it was as though the had just been put through a tumble drier again and again and not washed.

Review 7：All the staff were lovely, very helpful. The views from the rooms we had were stunning! and the food was quite good some days, a good selection at breakfast lunch and dinner and dishes being refreshed throughout the sittings.

Review 8：Location! High up in the hills and the room was even more of a trek. This was not clear from the info on the website. Once you'd walked down the hill (including 100m at a 45 degree angle) for 15 mins there was another 20 min walk to the centre. And as for getting back, forget it - taxi.

Review 21：Having walking difficulties I did not enjoy the location of the apartments 111,112. Also I had issues getting into the pool as the low steps were very slippy and the steps at the deep end the top one was loose and caused me to stumble. It needs repairing
