Review 1：A little noisy but not enough to discourage me from returning.

Review 2：You can easily walk to the hotel from the port. The room was spacious, very clean, bed super comfortable, and the bathroom was modern with a great shower. Room 208 had a fantastic view of the sea.

Review 3：Staff didn't speak much english and had very little to offer in terms of things to do on island. I had to talk to the owner of a bike shop to find out what to do.

Review 7：Excellent location, be sure to get a room with a sea view! Our room was on the second floor and it was just amazing to sit at the balcony and be on top of the sea. Very helpful staff also, tried their best to offer a gluten-free breakfast with the available resources on the island.

Review 12：Klimis Hotel is perfectly situated walking distance from from the Ferry drop off, walking distance from all the main restaurants, and a short cheap horse carriage ride to the old port. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious every morning. The rooms were always clean. DO rent a scooter or quad and go around the island!

Review 17：The hotel allows its local customers in the downstairs cafe ( where breakfast is served) to smoke there - so the whole downstairs smells permanently of smoke. This meant we had no choice but to eat our breakfast in our room. A major issue if you object to being in a smoke filled room without any alternative.....

Review 23：The family and employees who own and run this hotel are so warm and hospitable, I felt that I was at home, and will always miss them. They were always suggesting things that they could do for me. They are the sweetest people on earth. I can't wait to go back. You will be well cared for here. Also, the location is incredible – right on the harbor, yet it never seemed noisy in my room. They must have double plated glass. I slept well, and I was always in the middle of the action. The rooms are modest, but the hospitality is on a grand scale

Review 25：comfortable , at the seaside , great wifi quality , very kind and sincere staff ; they even sent us home with a pack of their local cookies ; breakfast is also delicious incl fresh juice, coffee/tea , lots of pastry , book a seaview room which is worth %100 ; our ship was veery early so they packed us a sandwich & coffee for morning! what a hospitability! plus i was so ill they prepared me some herb-tea with lemon :) definetly recommended!

Review 26：The only complaint was the carbohydrate heavy breakfast which came with the cost of the room but was all toast, pastries and cake. If we wanted something healthy like fruit, yoghurt or eggs, we had to pay extra. One can easily overindulge on the carbs in Greece!

Review 27：The hotel was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the shower hot and roomy. The little balcony overlooking the main drag was charming and we had a drink out there each night with ice happily supplied by the bar below. It wasn't too noisy once all the motor cyclists had settled for the night. Maria at the spdesk was sweet and helpful in her broken English. A lovely touch was when we left they gave us a box of little Greek delicacies (more carbs!)

Review 28：tea and coffees served not to our liking. They could do well by using twinings teabags with boiling water as well as a decent cappachino/latte maker. They need to keep abreast of the times and look at the more modern cafes in town who understand the high demands of an international market. Similarly they could do more innovative/modern patissary/cold drinks as they are in a prime location in a busy monied tourist town - they are clinging on to the old taverna ways which may not be profitable to them.

Review 29：seaview, facilities, cleanliness, friendly staff, generous breakfasts - but they could offer more choices to guests at different prices ie be more flexible, relatively quiet for good nights sleep if shutters and windows closed with air con on.

Review 74：Expect to hear people coming and going through the halls. Everything echoes and there's no way to sound proof the walkways. This makes it difficult to sleep in or go to bed early especially if other guests have children. Don't get a room near the staircase or elevator.

Review 85：The staff were cordial but a little uncommunicative. The breakfast was adequate but the jams are of a very poor quality. Don't deviate from the breakfast plan as you will pay dearly. Two small plates of eggs cost 9 euro! The noise from the street below is pretty annoying. The motorbikes pass by until very late and start before dawn. Be warned if you are a light sleeper. But everywhere on Spetses is effected by this scourge. If you are looking for peace and quiet Spetses is not for you.

Review 90：The staff is friendly, but not very professional (nobody in the reception....) in fact the hotel is in the upper rooms of a large cafe and has the same owners. The same staff js operating both the cafe and the hotel. Forget about the renovation of the rooms : everything is done with cheap materials. overall it looks very poor when you care about details (just 1 example, the evacuation of air cooling machines is connected to a.... Jerrican which stands on the terrace !!! Not consistent with a room for which you pay >100 euros per night...) The rooms are not very clean and all smell tobacco, resulting from the smoking policy of the cafe, which is just downstairs... Comfort of the hotel is limited : 140cm beds for 2 people, no lobby for the hotel, etc Breakfast is served directly in the cafe downstairs and is average. Go somewhere else in spetses, this is the worse vale for money I have ever experienced in Greece
