Review 1：Arrived at 3.00 PM. The room was cold. Heating did not work. Asked the Reception which said that "The manager will take a look" Same answer two times later in the day. Next day we asked if they had another room where the heating was working so we could change room. They did not know. When we left after 4 days stay the heating still did not work. There is no WiFi in the rooms. You have to go to the restaurant area and in addition pay extra for it. This is not what you expect in a 4-star Hotel in 2015.

Review 3：I have reserved 4 rooms for us,my wife and myself for 11 nights and for3 of our adult children with their families for 8 nights.However thereception maintained that we had five reservations, two of them for 11nights.As I made the reservations in late December 2014 and knew that Ioverbooked I would have corrected that mistake.After many stressfulinterventions I was given a "compromise", whereby they chargedme "only" 3 extra nights.This was a family reunion where Ispent a lot of money accomodating our party of 9 for a long stretch andI would have expected a fairer solution.

Review 5：The rooms were quite dark as they were long (ours was at least). Nowhere really to relax - foyer wise - apart from outside or your room.

Review 7：On arrival we got classic room although specifically ordered a comfortroom. Reception said they will give us the correct room the next day.And so it was. No compensation for the trouble.

Review 11：In summer this is a haven for active travellers who want to explore during the day, and relax in the evenings. The Hotel provides excellent spotless accomodation, a wide variety of meals, and a friendly Bar. The staff are all friendly and efficient and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The underground garage provides secure parking for a reasonable fee. The rooms are cool in summer and warm in winter, when skiing is an essential part of one's holiday, and which is amply catered for with a dedicated ski room and nearby Gondola lift.

Review 24：Young families having their meals at the same time as people without children It was like eating at the zoo as the kids were badly behaved which is not the hotels fault but perhaps they could eat earlier or have their own section We have kids but we were always respectful to others and our kids were well behaved We were not the only ones to comment

Review 27：The new rooms are really nice and big. Good breakfast, but (more or less) the same every day. Good value for money when you book halfboard (11 euro for 5 course dinner). The hotel is located in the city center (walking distance to the Penkenbahn), but you do not hear all the city centre noise.

Review 28：The hotel is very central and convenient for both the ski lifts and town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms extremely comfortable.
