Reviews for Rohaven B&B
Review 1:Bed was a bit on soft side for me. But bed was firmer on one half so I pinched that side, my other half had soft side but said he slept really well. Just spooky at home as we use a memory foam topper. But still comfortable. Wouldn't put me off coming again.
Review 2:Plenty of room. Nice temperature. Not too hot. Just right.
Review 3:No bad experience
Review 4:Friendly welcome very knowledgable about the area. Room was spacious warm clean comfortable.Breakfast was very nice well cooked and plentiful.
Review 5:Lovely welcome. Comfortable accommodation. Good parking area. Good choice for breakfast which was free. Second time of staying here and would stay again if in the area. Good value for money.
Review 6:Very disappointed with the breakfast. I was offered a cooked breakfast where the egg still had the oil on it, bacon was undercooked and the beans were very cheap. Wasn't made aware of the cereal and orange juice until after I was leaving the dining room. Nice touch with the cake on arrival but it was stale.
Review 7:Very clean room and the room was great.
Review 8:Not a bad experience, but the extractor fan made a hideous noise and the mould on the shower hose could be dealt with although the overall cleanliness you couldn't fault. Room 8.
Review 9:Lovely Landlady, very welcoming and informative. Lovely breakfast. 10 min walk into town. Perfect location and plenty of parking. Very peaceful stay.
Review 10:bit out of the centre, but no problem if you have a car.
Review 11:nice welcome, and very comfortable room. I slept really well. liked being able to open window fully, especially as central heating was on and I had to turn off radiators. good sized room, and shower fine. plenty of parking on site. this was a good choice and I would happily stay again.
Review 12:Some nights I parked on the road as there is limited parking spaces but not an issue.
Review 13:Fantastic and friendly hosts which made me feel at ease! The room was spotless and I slept very well each night. The breakfast was good and the layout was comfortable. I would recommend Rohaven to others and I would stay there myself again.
Review 14:This was a very comfortable house with lots of attention to detail everywhere. We were welcomed by the proprietor and made to feel at home straightaway. A very convenient location for the town and beach too. Excellent.
Review 15:Little missunderstanding regarding my arrival time. I had emailed so they knew when I would be arriving. How ever had knocked and rang the bill and ended up emailing from the drive. So was worried that I had messed up my booking. This took at least ten minuets. I had left my mobile at home at the start of my trip so could not ring. So email on my ipad was my only way to communicate. Just spoilt my arrival to a very pleasant stay.
Review 16:Everything that is needed in the room, which was clean and presetable. Location was good if you are able to walk well for the town center, for plenty of places to eat in the evening.
Review 17:Nothing .

Review 22:It was just walkable for us to town centre. It had car parking which in Exmouth is like gold. Gave us cakes each day nice touch! Wifi in room
Review 23:The fire door in bathroom and the visible pipes could do with a wipe over once a week.
Review 24:The owner and staff where all lovely. Felt very welcome. Very comfortable bed and wonderful, tasty breakfast. Nice touch of a cake in the room everyday.
Review 25:Amazing hospitality. Landlady picking us up and taking us to train station, excellent daily breakfast and always had time for a chat. We would highly recommend this b&b and will be going back there for sure
Review 26:Spotlessly clean. Lots of thought with little chocolates and cake on arrival. There was nothing we didn't like. This was our second visit and would definitely go back again.
Review 27:What we didn't like was Booking.com's system. We were under the impression that we'd paid by card through your website so we walked out without paying, only to be rung by Rohaven to say that we hadn't paid!
Review 28:very friendly and helpful
Review 29:Not a bad experience as such but there were no seating arrangements in the breakfast room. A simple number on each table, the same as the room number of the guests would make thing a lot easier. Just a suggestion!
Review 30:The room we had was spacious, plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. It had a fridge, (rare for a guest house) and was quiet and comfortable. On a reliable bus route to Exmouth town centre.
Review 31:The room was a little bit cold in the evening/night.
Review 32:The very nice and friendly hostess, and the typical English style. The breakfast, fresh and well prepared.
Review 33:Definitely did not enjoy the tainted flavour of both tea & coffee from mugs provided. Proven by using new mug purchased nearby, taint free tea & coffee.
Review 34:Clean room with easy to use tv. Breakfast choices really good. I opted for Scrambled egg on toast, excellent! Nearby saw an unbelievable full English, spot-on.

Review 38:frendly staff ,clean room and common areas ,very good breakfast, near to town and sea front.
Review 39:Shower in the bathroom was slightly weak but was still fit for purpose. Could hear voices from room Next door quite audibly. Some Might consider the decor to be slightly dated, but I rather liked it.
Review 40:Excellent value for the money. Charming, polite and accommodating staff, cosy room, excellent location in the street just on the way out of exmouth, excellent amenities within 2 mins walk such as petrol station and co-op with cash machine. Perfect if you're staying to attend a Royal Marines commando pass-out parade!
