Review 1：Located on the cliff with the best caldera view you can get. Amazing bar tender. Very friendly staff. They have these killer suits with private jacuzzi overlooking the caldera. Walkable distance to fira. A Must stay.

Review 17：shocking attitude of reception staff, strange looking reception area (looks more like an office with all paperwork around than a reception of 5 star hotel), no information was provided about restaurants, excursions etc. Common "pool" is tiny jacuzzi, no privacy in certain rooms. Don't think we'll come here again.
